Looking for an older Side-Scrolling RPG similar to Illusia. Posted: 28 May 2022 12:56 PM PDT From what I remember, it was singleplayer. You played as a girl wearing a red hood, I remember using a big hammer as a weapon. Pixel Graphics. I'm not sure if you'd define it as a metroidvania but you were free to explore the areas iirc. I'm pretty sure you start out in a forest like area but you get transported to a a very colorful, pastel-y, fantasy land. I'm not sure if it was candy themed or toy themed, could be both. I'm not sure if the main character is supposed to be little red riding hood or if I'm confusing it with another game. Any help is appreciated! Thanks. [link] [comments]
Long lists of app that is compatible only for Android Kitkat/Lollipop on VMOSPro. Posted: 28 May 2022 04:23 PM PDT Android 4/5 VMOS Apps Telegram Group The group is to share your methods/screenshots on how you manage to install those old apps into VMOS Android 4/5, and simply for app preservations. The only reason for the lists not listed here is because listing them on Reddit are not ideal. Based on point #3 - my previous Reddit post, the post is so long and very confusing looking. Shrug. Metro 2033 Wars: A game with potential, ruined by greed Posted: 28 May 2022 04:22 PM PDT So I have made a post on this sub before about this game, but after getting the generic excuse about the shady design of their game, I decided to make a post about it. Metro 2033 wars (now called Metro 2033 offline tactical turn-based strategy on their app page...) is a tactical 4x squad battling game, based on the story of the same name. You play as a team from a vault of scientist, who are trying to find a team your leaders sent out to find a cure for a disease running rampant in the vault. You did that by slowly conquering nodes , which allowed you to recruit units to use in battle, and resources to expand your empire. It also had a sort of choose your adventure type story, which allowed you to make alliances with the many different factions in the metro. This all would have been very fun...if it wasn't for the developers greed (and to a certain degree, incompetence). Problems with the game:
There is also the downside is that your units can die. This means that if any of your units die, you are put at a major disadvantage.
Want to buy advance troops? Premium currency. Want to instantly revive your advance units? Premium currency. Want to keep regular units from dying? Premium currency. The game is designed in a way to keep you using premium currency.
The developers also falsely described their game. They claimed it's somehow like X-Com, Exodus, Frostpunk, etc., and claimed there is mechanics in the game that doesn't exist. And if you point how their game is designed in a way that is essentially pay to win (or pay to win faster against deliberately designed unfair mechanics) they will claim it's a "hardcore turn-based strategy". Now in some messages to reviewers, they claim they will fix some of these issues, and actually update the game (which hasn't been updated since 2020). But based on experience, this game will deserve to forever sit at it's new rating of 3.0 (and it will probably get worse). [link] [comments]

Then you can buy additional factories. There is also a lot of tutorials of best income persecond farms on youtube. Please help me, what is that game called? [link] [comments]
[REQUEST] Any good social games? Posted: 28 May 2022 10:10 AM PDT I'm looking for some games to play with friends in a room. Y'know, something similar to Werewolf or many other card/boardgames that require you to communicate with others. I'd also appreciate it a lot if you have a suggestion that needs 3-4 players and up. Most games i can find unfortunately need 5+ and I'm not sure i can gather that much Thanks! [link] [comments]

Posted: 28 May 2022 12:15 PM PDT Anyone else feel disappointed in the features of modern phones? I'm still using my Oneplus 7 Pro and can't find any compelling upgrades. Nearly every phone has either a notch, or punchhole camera, which is an immediate turn off for me and those that do seem interesting, all aren't really an upgrade to mine. While they may have a better cpu, it's not like my 855 struggles with anything and worst of all, most phones seem to be a downgrade as far as the screen goes. While some have higher refresh rates, compared to the oneplus 7 Pro's 90, most are of a lower resolution and pixel density and I really don't feel like downgrading from what I already have. Anyone else feel this way? I just miss the times when new phone releases where exciting, now they all pretty much look the same, all have nearly identical features and the development of recent years just seems lackluster and not worth any upgrades. Posted: 28 May 2022 01:49 AM PDT Linkme: MO: Astray It's an action puzzle platformer. Akin to metroidvanias but without backtracking. It's a bit of an odd one to fly under the radar. It's from a well known publisher (Rayark, Cytus, Implosion never lose hope). Has a 90%+ rating on steam. And Game of the Week on Toucharcade. 4.5/5 from SwitchArcade. Yet... I've never heard about it before browsing Rayarks premium games. [link] [comments]
