- The InsyncHQ cloud backup software has a Crypto folder in it's file system. What is it for?
- "W" key cap came off but retainer clip is stuck to it (Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3). Will the retainer clip not break if I dismantle it from the cap? (Photos in text)
Posted: 03 Apr 2022 10:35 PM PDT I was just in a online class and suddenly my laptop lagged out, flickered a brown screen with squiggly lines on it and the screen went black. When i restarted it the laptop started working fine with no issues. Is this something i need to worry about? Any suggestions to avoid this happening? [link] [comments] |
The InsyncHQ cloud backup software has a Crypto folder in it's file system. What is it for? Posted: 03 Apr 2022 07:28 PM PDT The software has been having issues with a recent update, so while troubleshooting it, I noticed a 'Crypto' folder with a bunch of Python scripts in it. I've included a screenshot link of the folder contents below. Is this anything to worry about or just a standard library inclusion with some Python builds? I can't rename the folder otherwise the program stops opening. I've tried looking into the Python scripts, but opening them in NotePad gives me mostly gibberish. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. EDIT: The folder is part of a cryptography library from here used to verify licenses and updates. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 04 Apr 2022 01:20 AM PDT Hi. The key cap came off while my nephew was playing Roblox. I found this 6-minute YouTube video in which the guy uses some sort of a cutter to "wedge out" retainer clips from key caps. Should I try this out? Please check out these photos I took (7 photos). My plan is:
Many TIA. [link] [comments] |
