- Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A.13-15.6 inch
- Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.Unity, Visual Studio Code, Minecraft, etc.
- If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?Minecraft at roughly 60 FPS
- Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?A comfortable or good keyboard, good build quality, touchscreen with pen support, fingerprint reader OR IR camera or both, FHD screen and if possible, OLED would be nice. I I would also prefer a 2 in 1 or a laptop with a detachable keyboard, at least 16GB of RAM and 512 GB of SSD. For ports, a headphone jack is a must, and 2 usbc and 2usba ports is preferred. I would also like a special productivity feature, such as a second screen, or like in some Asus laptops, a touchpad that doubles as something else. It must have 7-10 hours of battery life at least on half brightness surfing the web, and a CPU that runs at 2.3-2.4 GHz at base speed minimum. I also prefer AMD CPU's over Intel because they seem more powerful and usually come with better graphics, but as long as it fits the requirements, Intel is fine. Glare is a problem most of the laptops I've bought had, so reduced glare would be recommended, but I'm also fine without it.
