My taskbar won’t load and stays frozen like this. If I restart it just goes right back to its previous state. I’m not sure how to fix it. Tech Support

• My taskbar won’t load and stays frozen like this. If I restart it just goes right back to its previous state. I’m not sure how to fix it.
• I’m hurt because I just got done telling someone that EK is the “Louis Vuitton of Watercooling parts” and this happens while unplugging my pump with hardly any force. Which wire goes into which hole on the connector? Yellow and blue wires, 4 pin PWM, two holes have metal plugs in them...
• Everytime I try to play or doing anything it just does this how do I fix’s this?
• PC crashes as soon as it starts…(what should I do?)
• Unable to start the pc
• Low gpu usage gta v
• setup ends prematurely because of an error
• What happens to PC when power goes out?
• Just got back from a 2 week vacation and my pc won’t boot. It’s just showing this static orange light and I don’t know how to fix it.

Im using very high/high settings with dx11 but Im getting only 60 percent gpu usage and 40 fps. Its so annoying!!!!! any fixes?
