Posted: 29 Jun 2021 05:13 AM PDT Have malware on my system, my videos can only open in windows media player which the sound and video isnt lined up and when i try to open in normal photos app a alert saying This operation returned because the timeout period expired. the second sign of malware is when in discord and i click on a pm convo it opens in browser the 3rd and final sign is when i boot up my pc my taskbar appears with no icons and my desktop icons are unclickable than after a short time 30 sec ish the screen flashes black and than everything icon appears and is clickable is this malware/cyber security related or what? what procedure should i follow to fix these problems submitted by /u/Griff_Nick [link] [comments]

FPS issue CSGO Posted: 28 Jun 2021 04:05 PM PDT The game starts perfectly, and in the beginning it runs smoothly (except on Dust2), and after a map change it always starts the FPS drops and will not get better until I restart the game. They seem to get capped without reason. The fps stay really low until i die and they go back normal on Deathcam, but drop again when respawning. It has many triggers besides the map change, sometimes it starts dropping during gunfights. It usually fixes by installing older drivers but using them also bring new performance issues. I have already verified my files, reinstalled Windows, Steam and CSGO several times without success. Ive been trying to fix this for the last few months but im really tired.
