| I'm impressed with this 2-year old Redmi 7A. Posted: 27 Apr 2021 09:11 PM PDT I've snagged this phone to use when my Poco X3 is charging. I don't need anything fancy, as I just want something inexpensive to watch YouTube, use social media, and for taking a quick pic. I was expecting this phone to be a sluggish POS, especially it only has 2GB of RAM. I'm actually surprised how responsive this phone is, given the specs. It does lag a bit when apps are updating in the background or when battery is lower than 15%, but 98% of the time, it's smooth and responsive. Camera is actually decent enough for posting on the internet. Battery can easily lasts a whole day, and the some. Was able to get 8 hours SOT in a 15 hour period, without plugging in. Overall, if you need a cheap backup phone that doesn't make you swear or pull your hair out everytime you use it, then this is it, chief. Oh and you can get this in 32GB, in like new condition for $50 nowadays. Not bad at all. [link] [comments]  | ||

I have not seen a good review comparing them yet, only automated sites from which I can gather the following: -Ultra has better cameras -Ultra has more battery (4600 vs 5000) -Ultra seems to be considerably heavier Is there any other difference? Everything else seems to be exactly the same. Also, has anyone seen a camera comparison? I believe Ultra has better zoom? When I checked the "Manage Devices" section in the "Signing and security" tab it said no devices here yet. After I remembered my pattern I checked the MI Account in my phone settings my phone was listed under the devices but still didn't show up in MI Account in the browser.
