    Hello again everyone,

    Last month I posted about my game, Loot N Craft, a casual inventory management & crafting game for Android. Thanks to your feedback, I have released a new update that addresses some of the concerns with the release version.

    For those of you unfamiliar with the game, at its core it is an incremental game with merge elements, a timing minigame and inventory management. The basic premise is that you tap a lock at the right time to crack it. That gives you items (loot), which you then merge (craft) into rarer items. After looting (and crafting) items of increasing rarity, you can combine them into legendary items that have special status effects that increase the rate at which you loot n' craft items. Additionally, you might get lucky and get randomly enchanted items of lesser rarity that cost more and may prove useful while you grind your way to amassing legendaries.

    You can watch the (slightly dated) release trailer here. Although it should convey the general idea about the game, the new updates definitely had a positive impact on the gameplay experience. Here is the brief rundown of the new update:

    Stash Sorting: you can now sort your stash based on rarity with the tap of a button. Click the button above the stash and your stash will be instantly sorted!

    Dynamic Difficulty: the tapping lock minigame will now scale the difficulty of the tapping minigame to provide a challenging experience to both beginners and experienced players.

    Combos: during the lock minigame, if you string successful taps without letting the lock spin a full turn you will accumulate a combo. The highest combo you achieve during each play will increase the amount of experience you will get at the end. This will work in conjunction with the dynamic difficulty scaling to let more experienced players squeeze out a little bit more experience every play through while also providing incentive to everyone to perform risky taps.

    Alongside these changes are numerous little bug fixes.

    [Request] Games to play in short bursts

    Hi, I'm looking for games I can play in short bursts of 5 to 10 minutes, preferably with progression. I don't want games that I can pause and pick up later, just games I can play in short bursts like start the game, die or complete objective in 5 to 10 minutes and put it down for a while so when I have time again, I can pick it up and repeat.

    Genres preferred are Arcade and RPG. Can be simple or complex, doesn't matter as long as it has some kind of progression. Offline and single player preferred , I dislike things like PvP and multiplayer games.

    I always like portrait games, and I frequently see people who prefer playing portrait games. So I've found a workaround to make most games work pretty well in portrait mode and with one hand. To accomplish this, you'll need two apps.

    The first one that many people know about is Rotation Control. This allows you to force the game into portrait mode. Just be sure to set it before opening the game.

    And the second one is Reachability Cursor. This allows you to much more easily play the game on portrait mode by making the top half of the screen much easier to interact with.

    If Reachability Cursor is unavailable to you, you can try TrackPad: Big Phone Mouse

    Games are fun but what makes the best games the best is when you can talk about them and discuss strategy / aim for high scores with other players. I like games with good communities and friendly competitions.

    Anything like that for mobile?

    After reaching high rank on Mobile Legends decided to quit coz it's just a spam fest of spells with no skill and a spam of in game ads and like 20 different useless tokens. Tried Arena of Valour but I have a life and ain't gonna play on stop for weeks just to buy another hero.

    Lords Mobile/King of Avalon

    Can anybody suggest a game like those I mentioned in the title with very few pay-to-win features or none at all? I've been trying to play King of Avalon and I'm not able to compete with the top players in a new kingdom because they are spending hundreds of dollars a week.

    Searching for a crime game

    I cannot for the life of me remember the name of this game I played about a year or so ago. You have cases you choose and are dropped into little locations like a hotel, office, home, ect. You have to dispose of evidence and the body. Anyone have any idea of what I'm talking about? I searched through my purchase history on Andriod and Apple and came up with nothing.

    So, I'd like to hear opinions from any of you that have played both to a mid game stage.

    I enjoy both games tbh, and they're not exactly directly comparable in their mechanics (other than being nice quality gacha games).

    I'm gonna keep them both on my phone, but I'm trying to decide in which one I want to invest more of my time atm, or which one to "main" first. I guess eventually I'll get more knowledgeable about both.

    As an example, at first sight I'm enjoying the battles and story of Epic Seven alot more, while I absolutely love the idling and questing system of Aurora Legend + I've seen there's a housing system there which is a big plus for me.

    Which one do you prefer over the other and why? Pros and cons on each work too.

    Dualshock3 controller connecting but controls not working correctly. Galaxy S10+

    Hey guys so I found an old PS3 controller and wanted to connect it via usb with the included OTG connector that came with the phone. The controller powers on and when I hit the ps button the controller shows player 1 and it can control apps. So I tried mapping the controller on dolphin emulator and no matter what button I choose it says button 0, and they joysticks seem to work ok when setting it up but in game the character wanders while I'm not touching anything. The only thing I can see as a problem is when I connect it to my phone it says the controller is the controlling device and I cant change that. http://imgur.com/a/FpAn1yb

    Any suggestions on what the heck to do?
