- Casing around laptop hinge is cracked to the point where I can't open the laptop. I dropped it a long time go, and have used it while limiting the number of times I open and close it. Have the chickens come home to roost?

Posted: 20 Aug 2019 07:54 AM PDT Two weeks ago i received a mail on an outlook account saying that someone accessed to my account from the other side of the world so i changed my password to several of my mail. A few days ago i received another mail telling me that a gmail account was accessed. it was using windows chrome( like me) and was near my location. However when looking at the ip it originated from a campus of my internet provider, and it was at a time where i was not on the computer. I changed the password again, but should i be concerned? | Is there a way to recover a Word document from OneDrive? Posted: 20 Aug 2019 12:15 PM PDT Currently I'm writing a Bachelor Thesis and suddently my Word closed. I thought that this wont be a big deal, because I enabled "auto save" and so my documents getting uploaded every minute in my OneDrive. But for no Reason this document wasn't there. I just found a Version from for 2 Weeks. In every other Document the auto save worked. So how could this happen? And is there any way to get my latest version back? [link] [comments]  | ||

This was an hour ago and I was asleep an hour ago. I went to my sent emails and nothing is there. I only know one site from the message and it's via trading. It's a liquidation site I signed up for last night and says it's my email is unauthenticated and rejected. I have no clue what this means, any comments would be appreciated. | Posted: 19 Aug 2019 01:39 PM PDT A PC I built for someone doesn't like to boot to a drive, then it'll come on saying it failed to boot several times, let's me pick a boot option, I install windows, then it restarts, then it doesn't come on again. When I get to go through that process again, it has partitioned them as if it did install properly. Any clue anyone? [link] [comments]  |
