What is causing this issue with my videos? This also happens while watching movies. However the problem is intermittent. I can’t figure out any patterns. I am also not sure how to describe it so I couldn’t find it on google either. Specs are: gt 1050ti, ryzen 2200g, 8gb ram, windows 10. Tech Support

    Windows issue

    Posted: 03 Jun 2019 12:48 PM PDT

Hi, I recently bought a new SSD and created a fresh installation of windows clean. However, I soon realized that every game I've played is crashing. I've played Mordhau, SMITE, TF2, and R6S, and they all crash after 5-10 minutes of playing the game (I can get into a game fine, just a few minutes after it crashes). Furthermore, Windows 10 can't update. I've tried doing some internet research, including SSD drivers, GPU drivers, and /sfc scannow.

    Any ideas?

    Specs:

    • i5-7500
    • RX470
    • 16GB RAM
    • SanDisk Ultra 3D NAND 500GB Internal SSD + 1TB WD Blue HDD

Audio on Windows 10 doesn't work anymore, Error Code 19

    Posted: 03 Jun 2019 11:58 AM PDT

Yesterday I wanted to use my MIDI Keyboard on my Desktop PC as I noticed that the MIDI Drivers weren't working anymore. So I downloaded and used Driver Booster 6, which made everything worse, now Windows said that no Audio device was connected.

I ran that troubleshooting thing, which only said to restart my computer. Restarted, ran it again and now it gave me Error Code 19 and said something along the lines of 'Audio registry incomplete/corrupted'.

I tried dozens of fixes, from reinstalling Realtek drivers, to running Tron. No luck.

I'm very grateful if somebody could help me.

Asking for advice trying to trace what creates setup.exe into windows temp folder

    Posted: 03 Jun 2019 09:15 AM PDT

    Hello!

So I have a customer who keeps spamming our security mailbox with alerts of getting a setup.exe into the AppData\Local\Temp\CR_XXXXX.tmp\ folder. (X equals any kind of letter or number) Our antivirus software sends the alert and informs us of quarantining it as spyware but it keeps popping back up.

I've ran F-Secure & Malwarebytes in the clients computer and cleaned it up as best I could using CCleaner. Also killed off any kind of suspicious processes in the background & from starting up but without success so far. The customer isn't using an admin account & there are no suspicious logs of it in our firewall & IDS.

Can anyone here advise me how I could track down the process/application responsible for creating this file? Would very much appreciate the help. :)

    Posted: 03 Jun 2019 12:19 AM PDT

Hello, here is my question: Yesterday i received my new 2th monitor ''LG 24GM79G'' after connecting the monitor i couldn't click anymore, but i am able to move my mouse. Also on my other monitor. After starting up i can use my mouse for 5 seconds, but when all programs are started up it stops working and then i can only move my cursor, but don't click anything. I restarted me pc serveral times, but it doesn't work. I also used every USB port for my mouse but that doesn't help also. I checked every site i could find, but i can't find the solution for this problem. Does anyone know how to fix this problem, because i have no clue. Regards, Robin J

Red screen on boot up then monitor shows no signal.

    Posted: 02 Jun 2019 02:27 PM PDT

so yesterday I moved my computer to an apartment behind my house, I made sure to be very gentle so that I didn't mess anything up so I dont know if that's the problem, but my computer starts to boot, and once it gets to the boot up screen that is motherboard specific (idk the proper name, will send pics if needed) the majority of the screen is red, then once it's done loading my monitor shows that it is not recieving any signal. Anyone have an idea what's wrong?
