| Downloading bar on Samsung Internet Browser? Posted: 31 May 2019 09:40 AM PDT I might be missing something here but I'm not able to find any option to enable this. Please help me out if anyone's aware of it. On Samsung Internet Browser, while downloading a file neither it shows a progress bar not downloading percentage. It simply shows name of the file and a line which constant oscillates. Is there any provision to enable downloading percentage, to show size of the file etc. [link] [comments]  | ||
| Posted: 31 May 2019 07:46 AM PDT Anyone know my notification sounds are suddenly being controlled by the media volume instead of the actual volume toggle for notifications? This just happened a couple days ago I noticed one of my apps was making s notification sound when I clearly had my notifications on vibrate. I checked all my volumes and all were muted except media because I'd been watching YouTube. I can't seem to find a way to fix this. (Galaxy S8) [link] [comments]  | ||

I purchased the Dex pad, but wanted to know all of your opinions regarding it. I am disappointed that I can only single screen on it as it has 1 HDMI port. Is there a better alternative that you use? Any recommendations for dual screen or different hubs? Also, what are your go-to apps? I wanted this to be able to use as my mobile website builder for clients. | Recorded video "unsupported format" on my friend's phone Posted: 31 May 2019 08:35 AM PDT So I have a Note 9 and use Nice Shot to capture screenvideos. Whenever I send a video to a friend's phone (J6+ running Android 9.0) his phone says "unsupported format" (Using WhatsApp). When I send the same video to my nephew (Note 8 with Android 9 Beta) it does play. When I send it to my S9+ (Android 9.0) it also plays normally. However, when I use AZ Screenrecorder and send a video to my friend it does play normally. What is the cause of this? How can this be fixed? I don't really want to use another app to record my screen with just for that one person. Both Nice Shot and AZ Screenrecorder save the video as MP4. [link] [comments]  | ||
| Posted: 31 May 2019 08:17 AM PDT I have just bought this phone for 1 month. Without dropping or hard impact to any object, my rear camera screen has been broken. As I searched on Google and found out this thread:"Galaxy s9 rear camera glass broken" with lots of people having the same issue as me. I wonder if S10+ quality is still questionable or this issue has been fixed or it was my personal fault for rear camera to be damaged. | Posted: 31 May 2019 05:17 AM PDT Hi, For context, I have always used an IOS device. I went from 3gs to 4s, to 5s, and have been using my iphone 6 for almost 4 years now, and it's great. I also had an IPAD 2, then went to an AIR 2, and now I have an IPAD Pro 10.5. I would never change for tablets, I love IPAD. I also love Iphone, but this time I am for the first time thinking of perhaps giving android a try. I should have bought a 6s Plus before it went discountinued (and I dont want a refurbished), and because I hate the notch and the price of the Xs Max, I am considering other options. Things I think I would enjoy about a Note 9:
One of the main uses that I give my devices (apart from reading manga/comics and general internet/videos use) is gaming. And IOS+Iphone excell in this regard. They have the widest range of games and the better performace, and Xs Max is I feel better than Note 9, games will be more optimized and it usually benchmarks much better. In general IOS runs games better, you can complain about it but I work in software, have developed some games myself for the iphone, know many developers and have been a user from the beginning. Its just easier and most companies optimize for IOS first, and develop for IOS first. Anyway, I think I would enjoy the freedom that an android would give me, and it is a god deal to buy now a Note 9, its like 500 dollars more cheap than Xs Max. Can you please tell me your thoughts, leaving out fanboy stuff? Would like to know what else has a note 9 to offer, and your gaming experience. My main concerns would be:

| I just dropped my phone in a bowl of water Samsung Galaxy S10 e completely submerged Posted: 30 May 2019 11:59 PM PDT I literally just dropped my phone in a bowl of water as the title suggests I have the Samsung Galaxy S10 e this is probably one of the best things I've ever seen happened on the phone keep in mind I have not had one of the newer generation phones ever but when I saw this phone dropped in the water I expected it's completely be done for the scream was still playing my video and it had water protection and told me to put it in a fan for 30 minutes I put it in for 45 just to make sure still charges and it's amazing thank u Samsung I love this phone even more [link] [comments]  | ||

I have a huge problem with my phone. It gets stuck on the locked screen and just shows me the clock l. Cant do anything for several minutes until it returns to it's normal shape. I need a samsung that's not over 400€ (in France) so basically middle of the range, not cheap, not top of the line either. I don't play games but I do surf the net, take & send pictures, navigate, check the weather, phone, chat, make and send notes...
