    I've been with Apple for about 5-6 years now and always thought that Apple was 10x better than Samsung. My iPhone 7 broke a couple days ago and I decided I was going to try my luck at the Samsung s10+. It was the first Samsung I've ever looked at and thought to myself,"that looks like an amazing phone." Every since having one I have never regretted switching to this phone, and instead regret not getting a Samsung earlier in my life. I'm proud and happy to say I'm now apart of the Samsung community! There are too many benefits of having a Samsung for me to ever want to go back to Apple.

    So... I have a hobbie of repairing smartphones, and I've been fixing many iPhone's these past six years, I wanted to see what's on the competition side. And I found a Galaxy S9 128GB Black advertised with a damaged display. I did repair the display and I looked in to the device and I'm very interested in it. So for the next 1-2 weeks I will be setting my iPhone XR aside and use this S9 as my daily driver. So for you S9 users, what are your favorite accessories? Thanks.

    Where is Adobe Premier for the Galaxy S10 family?

    We were told at launch that Adobe Premier rush would be coming to Galaxy s10 family devices "soon". To be simple, it has not. Am I the only person upset at this. I mean after finding out that Samsung had a disclaimer on the battery sizes for the phone and they are NOT 4100 for the S10+ and COULD BE LESS THAN ADVERTISED¿¡¡¿ Im starting to feel a bit of wtf. Please someone commiserate with me.

    I am looking to switch from IPhone to Samsung. I have been using iPhone from the iPhone 4 all the way through to the iPhone XS. The XS is disappointing.

    The only thing that's been holding me back is my pictures. I have 15,000 in my iCloud and they're all geolocated. On the IPhone I am able to pull up maps and see where around the world my pictures have been taken.

    Does anyone here know if there are any apps out there that I can transfer this data to and still see this?

    Is there a way to schedue my phone to close itself?

    I am a 15 years old teenager, and I think sometimes I stay up on my phone too late. Last night I went to sleep at 3 am and today I a woke up at 1 pm, which was very inconvenient. I am looking for a way to make my phone close itself at a specified hour, so I remember to go to sleep. If I set an alarm, I will most likely snooze it, and still stay up too late, but if my phone closes itself. Is there an app or something to make my phone shut down at a specified hour? So I set a time, and when that time comes, the phone closes itself.

    Don't know how to record calls on my J6+

    I know that this was a standard function of Android. My J6+ has Oreo and I don't see the option of record call. Is this something with the Samsung UI?

    Just bought a galaxy, couldn't be happier

    As an ex Apple and LG owner, this time i got a Galaxy, instead of Mate 20 Pro.. I can already see the improvement over my old phone, the screen is really bright, but not so much on full white color, the phone is really fast, support VoLTE, camera is really good, but not as good as mate 20 pro is.. Mostly in low light conditions.. Audio is louder and seems better quality.. Display is less yellow, but it looks blue-ish if you put on extreme angles.. I can safely say that software seems great.. Do you have any tips or trick to do? Thanks ^

    Has Samsung taken position regarding the S5E wifi issue?

    I preordered a S5E before the launch date and I've been having reduced wifi performance when holding the tablet in my hands. I'm wondering if samsung has issued a statement regarding this issue. I'm considering returning the item before I can't anymore. Any toughts?

    I bought a Note 9 in September. 3 months later, after my purchase, the earbuds sound dropped down a lot. I thought it was an unfortunate case, maybe it was my fault for bending the rubber part of the headphone jack...

    I get another pair of AKG earbuds (same one that comes with the Note 9, also same shop) and I was doing attention when I used them. I think they are very well kept.

    Now, as I am writing this, my left bud is almost not functioning, while the right one is ok.

    This happened to you guys or it's just me?

    Why do videos autoplay in the gallery sometimes, but dont other times?

    Whenever I go to the gallery theres a chance the video will auto play and theres a chance it wont autoplay. How do I do it so it always autoplays?

    I'm not using my phone any differently that I was prior to updating it, but the battery life doesn't last any more around 5-6 hours as opposed to the 10+ hours it did before.

    My daily usage normally consists of WhatsApp and browsing Reddit and that is all. I'm aware these apps will both drain the battery somewhat, but as I said this is no different to how I used to use my phone which would last all day.

    Hello,

    I have the S10+ and after the most recent security update, I've noticed my phone is no longer fast charging (wired or wireless). Troubleshooting steps include using offical samsung adapter and cable, making sure it's enabled under settings , and cleared the cache. Has this happened to anyone else? What should be my next escalation path, samsung or AT&T?
