    I've been an iPhone user since 2011. Just recently made the switch to a galaxy s9 because I finally wanted something different. Also I couldn't justify paying $1000 for an iPhone. My question is, how are more people not making the switch? I'm absolutely blown away by the amount of customization you can do to this phone. This phone is amazing. I find new things to do to it every day.

    I can't believe it took me this long to switch. I was hesitant because I was just so used to apple, but i finally took the plunge. I'm glad that I did. I don't think I'll be switching back!

    [Other] VzW Note 8 is now at $31 per month/$759.84 full retail. Do you think it's going to get cheaper in the next couple weeks?

    Verizon's running a promo now where the Note 8 pretty much costs less than an S8+($32/$768). Is this a good deal or should I wait until after the Note 9 is announced? I doubt it's going to get that much cheaper is the S8's are still hovering around that range but I could be wrong.

    My S9+ keeps spasing out.

    This normally starts to happen when I use snapchat. My phone starts tapping and swiping everything on the screen. Ex. I'll have 6 different chat lines and drawn lines everywhere. Once I exit snapchat it continues to do it but just not as crazy . I do have a zagg glass screen protector on. Could that be doing it?

    Hello everyone,

    Google Play on my S8+ keeps crashing any time I try to update an app on my phone. I tried to uninstall it, disable it, re-enable, and yell at it but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else come across this?

    Does Samsung Smart Switch work with other devices?

    For example, if going from LG G4 to Moto Z2 Force, Could Samsung Smart Switch be used for this? I've read some bad reviews about Motorola Migrate and I have had easy success with Smart Swtich.

    So I've been thinking about getting a budget phone. I've seen the J7 Prime and thought it might be a decent idea. The specs are fairly good and are pretty much what I need in a phone. I don't play games that often but I play some Emulator games once in a while. I saw it has Vulkan which is pretty good for me since PPSSPP uses Vulkan. I saw it might also get Oreo, and the ROM community is pretty decent as well. Should I get one?

    [Help] Samsung Galaxy S9+ restarts itself around 50-100 times a day

    Hello there,

    I've got a Samsung Galaxy S9+ around a month ago and was actually pretty happy with my new smartphone (switched from a Sony Xperia Z5). Around a week ago the phone restarted itself without any reasons. Sometimes while using is, sometimes randomly while not using it at all. It got worse over the week. The phone now is restarting itself around 50-100 times. I tried to save my data to get a factory reset done but since the phone restarts itself I couldn't secure anything. I still did the factory reset since I couldn't save my stuff anyways. Even after that the phone randomly restarts itself. Anything I can do or do I just try to return it?

    Just joined Samsung Andriod...what's with all pictures having reddish looks?

    So far I have no idea whether I like my s9 plus or not. I love the heart rate features for sure, but outside of that don't really have any feelings about the other features, well besides the pictures I've taken so far...I hate the way many of them have a reddish look to them using the auto mode and also selfie modes.

    Anyone know how to fix this? I plan to give Samsung and Andriod a trial for 5 months before switching back to Apple or extending the trial period.

    And also why is the battery draining so fast? My iPhone x which has a lower capacity drains way slower than than and lasts me way longer too.

    And also the storage...feels like the device is saying I am using more storage than I am actually using. How am I at 19GB used already when I don't even have much on the phone yet? Just bought the device yesterday and yet to transfer any of my apple pictures and videos.

    I noticed odd coloring on my s8 plus. I'm upgrade eligible but want to hold out for the s 10. I just don't want this to effect me long term or see if it's fixable.

    S8 Not charging when on

    It charges when turned off. I tried it with cable and with wireless charging, the blue LED on the pad has been glowing.

    help: I have a samsung s7 and ever since the newest update around the same time every day the lockscreen wallpaper changes.

    I'v been switching the picture and the red hue goes away. I cannot find the setting to turn it off if it is one. It's really annoying. I had this picture as the lockscreen wallpaper before the update but after around 8 ish the hue changed so I changed it to a different picture but every evening it changes back to that picture.

    How to start Samsung Powerbot with Google Home Assistant

    Hi everyone!

    I've been scratching my brain for ages trying to start the samsung powerbot with my google home and it just won't work because google home (at the moment) only knows how to turn on or off devices (like lights or basic robots). The problem is, if you are reading this, is that you know the powerbot will only "beep" when you tell google home to start cleaning/start robot vacuum.

    This is because the google home assistant is sending a "start" command to the smartthings app and then app is sending that command "turn on" to the robot. The robot, already being on, will just beep and do nothing.

    So to get around this, you have to create a scene in the samsung connect/smartthings app.

    I've detailed how to do it in the video below but for those words inclined I will type out the instructions here.

    1. Open samsung connect/smartthings app.
    2. Go to Devices tab (correct as of 27/7/2018)
    3. Press 3 dots and press "add scene"
    4. Create a scene (I used the name "room service") and selected the "auto cleaning" feature only.
    5. save and open up google home
    6. Go to home control
    7. Assign the new scene "room service" a nickname "room service" and room under smartthings (if you haven't linked it, press the + sign and link smartthings first)
    8. Say OK google, start room service

    That's it! Hope it works for you cos it did for me!

    What are the acceptable video and audio file formats for my Samsung TV?

    Hey Samsung - Stop enabling Bixby after I disable it!!!

    No one likes Bixby so STOP enabling it SAMSUNG!!! I turned off the Bixby homescreen for a reason. But it seems after an update it magically returns. Well it's off again and I'll forever keep turning it off.

    Rather that waste your time on Bixby, maybe fix your Messages app?!?!

    Really weird issue with my s8 active since the oreo update

    I can no longer use official samsung fast chargers. I've tested 4 different bricks and 3cables at home. Went to the ATT store and tried 4 more bricks. An LG fast charger works but not a single samsung will. Anyone else seen this? The phone just acts as if it isn't plugged in with the samsung chargers

    Need Help: S6 phone keeps crashing computer programs

    As the title says, whenever I plug my S6 into my computer to either transfer programs or just let it charge, random programs will crash. At first I thought it was just Voicemeeter Banana until today. I have checked to see if usb tethering is on, but it isn't. So I really have no idea.

    Moisture Detected not going away

    I have a galaxy s8 plus and it got a little wet being in a bag with my goggles after the pool for a max of 10 mins. I let it dry for about 4 hours and it still wont let me charge. it died and when I plugged it in and restarted it it bypassed it but then the notification came back. Was wondering if anyone else has this problem.
