| Posted: 27 May 2022 09:19 AM PDT Back in March , I bought lifetime pass for the Wallet app by Budgetbakers after trying the 14 day trial, in which the bank sync with my bank worked fine. But after payment, the bank sync fails to reconnect. Since I intended to be long term user, I opened ticket immediately with the support. They are unable to fix it until now, and they have blocked me on Twitter, stopped responding to my emails, hidden their reviews column on Facebook, restricted the access to their subreddit so that only approved users can post, etc. My bank is STILL listed as a supported bank in the Wallet app, even though they are aware that it will not work after a user upgrades to premium. This seems shady. So I got suspicious, and created a new account #2 to test the bank sync with a 14 day trial - successful connection. But after this new account is upgraded, it fails yet again (as I suspected it would). When I asked them about this on Twitter - immediately blocked. They also accused me of "using sock puppet accounts" to "generate abuse and harassment", so I asked them to point out which & where, so that I can evaluate and apologise if necessary. They did not respond. I do have several Twitter accounts for different fandoms, but Twitter allows that, so I don't see why it is a problem. I'm also concerned that they have an indefinite timeframe to "investigate" bank sync issues. Since I started sharing my experience on social media, I found out that some people have been waiting for months, and some have given up waiting. I have reported this to my bank, since the people behind the app are using the bank's name and brand to sell premiums that don't work. Sharing my experience here to warn fellow android users from getting same unpleasant experience as me. Who would predict that the bank sync function will become unusable immediately after upgrading to premium? Not refundable too ! Feels scummy. [link] [comments] |

| Has anyone ever had this problem? Posted: 27 May 2022 03:00 PM PDT So until Monday, emoji's worked fine on text messages for this guy I am dating and I. All of a sudden when we try to send emoji's they show up as question marks no matter what we have tried. We even both did a factory data reset. When we send a emoji it will show up for the person sending it but the person receivIng the emoji receives a question mark instead. We have tried everything. I have a Samsung Galaxy A53 5g and he has a Moto G Stylus 2021 5G. I use Samsung messages and he is using Google messages. The thing is we can send and receive emoji's from other people we text. My "Master" phone is still in the United States and switching phones in Thailand has flagged/activated security protocols for many apps asking for verification through the phone in the United State. For example Paypal will not accept my Thai phone number as a "valid number" so I must call a friend....send Verification SMS from Thailand.... Friend reads it to me... I type in the code.
