| Posted: 07 Apr 2022 03:20 AM PDT Is "Material You" available for some phones, namely Pixel, but not others? I have a Galaxy A52s5G, Android 12. The quick setting tiles are not present, only rounded icons. There is no setting in "Wallpaper and Styles" where others suggested I look. [link] [comments] |

Posted: 07 Apr 2022 03:25 AM PDT I have app timers set for two apps - Reddit (30m) and Instagram (10m) - but recently the timer has been kicking in before the full allowance has been used. Today both apps closed after just 6m of usage each. Does anyone know why this might be happening or how to resolve it? Thanks. I have a Galaxy S20 FE running Android 12. | Galaxy S22 Ultra Video Player not Resuming where I left off, the way my S8 did Posted: 07 Apr 2022 02:56 AM PDT I recently Upgraded from a Galaxy S8 to an S22 Ultra. On the S8 I would download and watch long podcast videos, and when I paused the video and closed the app, when I came back and opened the video through the gallery it would resume where I left off in the video player. On the S22 Ultra however, it starts the video over everytime and I have to scroll through and find where I was (the videos are several hours long so this can be a hassle). I already used Gallery Labs to turn off the Filmstrip, but even with the Play video button back it doesnt resume the video where I left off last. Anyone know how to fix this? [link] [comments] |

Checking the phone and it hasn't duo installed and no account connected to it. It's from the right number and right contact name is displayed. What is going on? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 07 Apr 2022 02:46 AM PDT I'm planning to record long video's (1 hour or more) on my mobile device (Samsung Galaxy S20) in 4k at 60fps and I was wondering whether it is possible to record the footage directly onto an external SSD or hard drive as it would take a lot more storage memory than my phone has. This question was asked before on this sub, 7 years ago - so I'd say quite outdated at this point. Fruthermore I haven't been able to find a coherent answer that sounds reasonable to me. | {HELP} Data Transfer from Laptop to 1+ Nord CE 2 stops midway Posted: 07 Apr 2022 01:43 AM PDT Hi. I have a Nord CE 2 which I purchased yesterday. I wanted to transfer some data from my Laptop to the Phone but I'm unable to do so, because not all the files are being copied to the 1+ Device. The file transfer either suddenly stops midway or terminates incompletely without copy-pasting all the selected files. I've tried all the fixes, developer mode et al, USB changing etc but nothing seems to work. Request any insights as to what may be causing the issue. (Does not seem to me the case of a faulty device because charging and all Functions are nicely occuring, seems softwarish, maybe due to the update pushed to new devices?) . Please help! Like, heir of light stops on the splash screen and doesn't go any further no matter how much I wait, I've literally factory reset my phone and removed myself from the android beta program and it's still happening. How do I stop this thing checking for updates twice a day? How do I stop it doing minor system updates without asking for permission? It seems to me that nearly every single day, some small thing changes, and it's PISSING ME THE FUCK OFF. I want this thing to do NOTHING in the way of updates or system changes. HOW? | App isn't compatible with your tablet/device Posted: 06 Apr 2022 11:51 PM PDT Tried installing APK files downloaded from the official site (not available in the google play store) but got this error "App not installed. This app isn't compatible with your tablet" I'm using an emulator (NOX Player) I tried some solutions online using the APK Editor to change the minimum SDK version etc but did not work. Also did try changing the device model on the emulator as well. Unfortunately did not work The thing is it installed perfectly fine on the same emulator, it is the second emulator by the multi-instance manager. [link] [comments] |
