I found many reports of people having problems with it, but mainly in India. Are there any problems with the EU release (Global?)? Also should I update the OS after I get it? I read that there are problems with the battery(low performance) after update and the phone stuttering and qetting low fps. I bought new Redmi 9, messed something up with "security and passwords" settings (well, i assume that it's those settings), and now, after unlocking phone and trying to call any contact, I have to do "pattern" unlock again. If I try to call another contact after the first one, I don't have to do "pattern" again. Do any of you know how to remove this feature? | My xiaomi redmi note 9s power and volume button nit working properly Posted: 09 Mar 2022 05:04 AM PST Okay as far as i can tell, this started happening when i started using wired earphones more often. My volume buttons started to go whack, it stopped functioning properly. By that i mean, i barely touched the increase volume and the volume starts going up. Also when using it the reactions are often delayed and late and sometimes laggy. As for the power button, its not working when i use it to turn off my phone. I already have set my lock screen to turn off after 30 seconds but even then it won't turn off. Same with button short cuts. [link] [comments] | ||

I'd plug my phone in which would turn the screen to grey scale and turn on Do Not Disturb mode as usual, however it seems to turn itself off after a short period of time with no obvious explanation. During the night the operating system was updated to MIUI 13 and this morning it no longer makes me connect the Bluetooth headphones correctly, it detects them as two separate devices (while before, even turning on only one, always detected the same device regardless of whether it was the right one or the left one), and does not allow me to listen to the audio from both at the same time, but only from one at a time, despite the fact that they are both switched on and connected to the phone, under the name of the earphones there is the wording "active" only to one earphone at a time and therefore does not let me use them at the same time.
