Posted: 26 Feb 2022 12:15 AM PST I have been noticing this for sometime. Whenever I talk about something the next hour i get ads about what i talked. For example if i said about Avengers endgame then there will be ads showing watch Avengers endgame online. If i talk about headphone then suddenly ads about headphones appear. Anybody else having such things. Anyone knows how to stop it? [link] [comments] |

Solution to not being able to make phone calls after Tuesday's 3G shutdown Posted: 25 Feb 2022 05:40 PM PST I may be on the late show to this but I've been wondering why my phone wasn't working for the last 3 days, finally got it figured out, here's the fix if anybody else is going through the same problem: Supposedly this will work on any Xiaomi, Redmi, or POCO device. I can confirm that it immediately fixed the issue on my POCO X3 NFC. Activate VoLTE by doing the following: - Dial * # * # 86583 # * # * - You'll see the message: "VoLTE Carrier check was disabled" which contrary to how it may seem, enables VoLTE on your device - Go to Settings -> SIM Cards & Mobile Networks, Select your SIM (SIM1/SIM2), and you should now see the option for VoLTE, make sure it's enabled. - Now try making a call, it should be working. Hope that helps! It took me a few days to figure out the issue and track down the solution. (I wasn't trying very hard since I kind of liked not being harassed by spam callers for a change.) My Device: POCO X3 NFC Network: H2O Wireless (MVNO using AT&T Network) MIUI version: MIUI Global 12.5.3 Stable [link] [comments] |
