I also watched the newer samsung phones but they are very expensive and im not looking to spend over 1000 euro for a phone atm. In my country i can find the redmi note 10 pro at around 300 euro if im going to sell my galaxy note 9 at about 200 euro. The upgrade will cost me just 100 euro. What do you guys think, its worth it? | Posted: 02 Nov 2021 09:49 AM PDT My Mi 10T Pro won't play any sound at all. Nothing through the speakers or even wired/wireless earphones. At first I thought it was a software problem because it says "Can't play song" and "Something went wrong, please try again" when selecting a song or when using the voice recorder, but neither rebooting or even factory resetting did the trick. After the factory reset not working, it probably is a harware problem at this point. If I had to guess it'd be water damage because I bring it with me to the bathroom, though I keep it in a dry place along with my clothes. I don't think its dirt in the speakers because it was working perfectly the night before and there's no muffled sound in the speaker. If it is a hardware problem, does anyone know any fixes I can try before sending it to the repairshop? [link] [comments]  | ||

| Google Home could not reach Mi Home Posted: 02 Nov 2021 10:22 AM PDT Hi guys, A week back i bought some new Xiaomi LED bulbs and a Xiaomi Ceiling lamp. I managed to get them all set up in Mi Home, and linked with Google Home. Everything worked fine until a few hours ago, when the apps suddenly became unlinked. I tried to link them again, but i keep getting an error "could not reach Mi Home, please try again." Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is it something to do with the Mi Home servers? I got one of those, it's a bit sluggish currently and now I figured I'd install Lineage OS to it following a guide from the XDA forums. Thing is, the guide says to go to Mi Unlock in Settings, add account and device, turn device off and get into fastboot mode then launch the unlocking app from a PC and then press "Unlock". Except the "Unlock" key stays greyed out and fastboot just stays at <waiting for device> prompt. I'm using a cable that I have verified can transfer data. [link] [comments]  | ||

My phone automatically powers off as soon as it plays anything through the speaker at a volume greater than 70-80%. It's not just limited to one app as it happened with Spotify, Insta and Youtube.
