Flatmate randomly logs in to my YouTube tv app although I have removed her account in the app several times already.

    Posted: 02 Nov 2021 09:36 PM PDT

As said in the title. My flatmate account would randomly kick me out of my own YouTube account on my tv remotely. I don't actually share my tv with her but for some reason, I found her logged in to my tv one day and her account would be logged in from time to time which is annoying. Like 30 minutes ago, I was watching a documentary on YouTube then after that, I saw that my flat mates account magically logged in the YouTube app of my Samsung tv again. This keeps happening all the time and it's annoying. I don't mind people using my things or going into my room but she has her own telly in her room and I find it perplexing that she used mine without telling me about it. Any advice?

Should i wait for S22 or get S21+?

    Posted: 03 Nov 2021 06:34 AM PDT

I am getting S21+ at really good value. ₹42K to be specific (including exchange)

Should you grab this or wait for S22? Are there any dramatic changes expected or it will be just incremental upgrade? And what about S21 FE? Will it be worth the wait?

Should I go for smarttags or consider an alternative?

    Posted: 03 Nov 2021 04:13 AM PDT

I keep losing my keys all around the house and I'm wondering if I should go for the Smarttags or go for a tile.

Do they have a Samsung network like the airtags with iPhones?

    Thanks

    A52s or S10+?

    Posted: 02 Nov 2021 12:35 PM PDT

Hi. Having broken my phone earlier this week, I'm looking for a new phone to use, coming from a Xiaomi Mi 8 SE. I've been looking around, and I can get an A52s 5G for around £350, which is brand new, or a Samsung Galaxy S10+ refurbished for £300. I don't do much more than day-to-day tasks on my phone, so mainly scrolling Reddit, watching YouTube, messaging, and taking the occasional photo. Battery life is somewhat important, I'd like to get at least a day's worth of use comfortably, but I charge my phone at night anyways, so getting 2 day's worth doesn't really matter. Camera also isn't that important, but better is still, well, better.

I plan on using this phone for at least 4 years, which is where people usually recommend me to go with the A52s. Honestly, I don't know how much I care about new updates, but moreso that the phone won't run slower. Right now, I see a lot of people say that the S10+ is the better device, but will this still be the case in 4 years? Given that the S10+ will be 7 years by this point, and I will be buying refurbished instead of brand new, I'm tempted to go with the A52s, but I don't mind the S10+ if it's the much better option. What would you recommend?

Odd bugs after the most recent security updates. Anyone else experiencing them?

    Posted: 02 Nov 2021 04:07 PM PDT

I have an unlocked s21+. After the update before the .out recent one, I stopped getting notifications if I was on WiFi.

Now after the most recent security update, I don't get notifications OFF of wifi and my phone no longer displays and estimated time to finish charging when plugged in.

Anyone else experiencing odd bugs like this? Anywhere to report it?

S20 FE or wait for S21 FE?

    Posted: 02 Nov 2021 11:37 PM PDT

Should I buy the s20 fe as opposed to waiting a few months for s21 fe? What I like from the s20 is the price but I have no Idea if the s21 has the same price.

    Tab S7 FE or S7+?

    Posted: 02 Nov 2021 06:48 PM PDT

    Should I buy S7 FE 64GB for 400$ or S7+ 128GB for 660$?

I mostly need it for university and productivity. Taking notes, presentations etc. Maybe some light gaming, too.

    What do you think?

Return pro max 13 and wait for s22 ultra?

    Posted: 02 Nov 2021 05:34 PM PDT

Got pro max 13 with the 800$ trade deal and coming from s9+. Did play around with it and hated the bottom screen not having buttons. The music thing is super annoying too. The phone is powerful enough to last years so not sure if I should cut my losses and return the phone for 50$ fee and wait for s22 ultra? Another reason I got the pro max was my gf uses iPhone and her friends too and it seemed easier for imessage stuff too...

There's also caveat that my s9 + might not be worth 800$ in trade in coming next year either also some people suggested buying a phone off ebay and trade in for credits... Does the current s21 have the bottom buttons like s9+ or those disappeared too?

    Any advice?

    2021 Samsung All-in-One PC leaked?

    Posted: 02 Nov 2021 09:13 AM PDT

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/quick-share/9pctgdfxvzlj?activetab=pivot:overviewtab

As you can see in the update notes for the Windows Quick Share app, they listed down all the newly supported Samsung laptops that can now run Quick Share, but its interesting to note that in the list, it stated that a 2021-released Samsung All-in-One PC is now supported.

We haven't seen an All-in-One PC from Samsung since 2017. Could this be a new one that's about to be released before the year ends?

No price indicated for cost of phone?

    Posted: 02 Nov 2021 04:39 PM PDT

So, I was shopping online on walmart, and I found this samsung phone, but there wasn't a listed price for the phone. It just stated the monthly cost for the phone. What does that mean exactly? Does that mean the phone is free? If it's free, then can't people just get a bunch of free phones for free and do whatever they want with them?
