A dungeon crawler where you get stronger every time you die? Posted: 03 Oct 2021 06:37 PM PDT Title is self-explanatory. I am looking for a dungeon crawler (or something similar) in which your character goes stronger every time you die. Graphics aren't important to me. Can be either an action game (like shattered pixel dungeon) or event a boardgame with card or dice, like One Deck Dungeon. Can be premium game or F2P but I hate every kind of forced micro transaction for progression. Thanks in advance!! [link] [comments]
Posted: 03 Oct 2021 01:29 PM PDT I had written here how much I enjoyed playing this game a few months ago. It was still in some kind of beta/early access and while most people agreed with my enthusiasm, they also were afraid that the development was frozen. Turns out, they have now made a 2.0 beta release, which includes a graphical overhaul and overall revamp of the UI. Not sure about any new mechanics yet, but I'll get to it asap. Anyway, I think this is an underrated game, although a bit niche. If you like city builders but never really got into incremental or AFK games, this might be for you. I will do my best to help get this game a full release. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.codestream.horus&hl=en&gl=US [link] [comments]

Created this game based on a childhood competition Posted: 03 Oct 2021 09:22 PM PDT Hi, I have created this game based on a childhood competition that was held in my school. The game is still in development mode. HOW TO PLAY Could you guys be kind enough to provide feedback on this? [link] [comments]
[Request] Genuinely difficult puzzle based games Posted: 03 Oct 2021 03:45 PM PDT Title. I've recently started playing The Witness on steam and my goodness is it a good game. It is so elegantly designed and well thought out, and some of the puzzles are actually difficult. I do find though that just as I start to get challenged then I've completed the zone and that's the extent of it. Sometimes I wish I was pushed just a littleeee harder (even though I do get stuck for extended periods of time). That's what drives me to this search. I love a proper challenging puzzle, but when I search for difficult puzzle games I get those top 10/15/20/50 lists curated by someone who has never played any of them. I saw a thread with some suggestions, but it was six years ago and none of them are available anymore. One suggestion that seemed rather interesting was SpaceChem, which is no longer available on mobile but apparently "the Sequence" is quite similar if anybody has tried that? Bonus if it's a simple concept! [link] [comments]

Upcoming Lineage W and Lineage 2M - what's the difference? Posted: 03 Oct 2021 12:24 PM PDT I guess the Ragnarok-type of branding has infiltrated other game companies so they start to push their "M" titles out en masse. Anyone can explain what's the difference between the two? I got the impression that Lineage W is new "arena wars" game and Lineage 2M is global release of MMORPG Lineage 2 for mobile devices. Am I correct? P.S. Both games are pre-registering right now - I wonder why would NCsoft spread their playerbase thin between the two titles in this way? P.P.S. Aaand while we're at it, which one you are going to try? [link] [comments]

Will anyone attempt the Xperia Play type phone ever again? Posted: 03 Oct 2021 02:28 PM PDT I know we have android handhelds and phones with amazing power. I just miss those crazy devices that fell flat in the attempt to slap hardware controls on a phone. If someone made a device with not quite top tier specs but solidly designed and powerful for phones from the last two years would it sell? I'd definitely stop pissing off my wife with the crap I buy for a good while if I had something like that. [link] [comments]
Extremely specific request! Pixel art style game with mini game elements Posted: 03 Oct 2021 05:12 AM PDT If you have ever played Minecraft minigames, that's what I'm looking for, with different players in competition! And quite important for me: pixel art style. I've recently bought stardew valley and I fell in love with pixelesque games, although I've never liked them before. Thank you very much [link] [comments]
I'm new to mobile gaming, how do I know what games are good/has a sizeable player base? Posted: 03 Oct 2021 10:32 AM PDT There are so many mobile games! It's crazy. A lot of them look nice too, but really how does one figure out what's good and whats bad? I wanna get into a game that's good, but has a big player base. It being F2P or not doesn't matter, but I suppose a balance would be nice. It also depends what I like to play, but really anything. I'm new to mobile gaming, so I don't wanna limit my preferred genre. [link] [comments]

(Req) I am searching for a game with Paper Mario like battle system Posted: 02 Oct 2021 11:29 PM PDT I love the first 2 Paper Mario games and Bugfables, so I want a mobile game that has the same kind of battle system with low numbers and the badge customisation system. Because of portability I would prefer to just have one battle after another without explanation, but that point isn't necessary. [link] [comments] |
