- I just updated my MI9T Pro to android 11/MIUI 12.5 and it is full of glitches like this one. It switches to dark mode when I plug it out, then back to light mode when i plug it back in. Also, when it is plugged off, it doesn't let me switch modes. Very anoying!

The button on the brush won't do anything, no brushing, not even a led turn on. I tried holding button for many seconds to try a force reboot like on a phone 😅 but nothing. Can somebody help me ? Posted: 12 Jul 2021 08:51 PM PDT I'm considering to buy this phone just because all other Xiaomi / Redmi / Poco phones that I have considered apparently do not have a classic infra red proximity sensor, which causes issues on calls and WhatsApp audios. Could some Xioami Mi 11 Lite 5G users confirm if there is an actual IR sensor by checking for the tiny IR led blast that should be visible with another phone's camera? Any other feedback about the phone is very welcome as well, seems like this phone is not too popular, couldn't find too many user reviews over here. [link] [comments]  | ||

I figured it might eventually be fixed, but in the meantime my bank app was able to perform the task. I really want to use Google pay in stores though as I'm going with a different bank. What are my options here? Do I need to load a different OS or root it or something? Bought from AliExpress. Can anyone explain to me why there is a £70 price difference between the 6GB+64GB version and the 6GB+128GB version? At face value, it appears that the only difference is that the latter has a micro SD card with twice the capacity. Surely this does not justify the additional £70? Is there something else I am missing? I took a look at the specs in more detail, and noticed that there is a further difference between the two. The 6GB+64GB has a "LPDDR4x+UFS2.1" while the 6GB+128GB has a "LPDDR4x+UFS2.2". I have absolutely no idea what these things are. Can someone please explain to me first what a "LPDDR4x+UFS2.1" or "LPDDR4x+UFS2.2" is, and hence what the difference is between them? Does this justify the £70 additional cost for the latter? For instance the new privacy settings or the sound settings even the inbuilt Wallpaper inside settings instead of Themes app is unavailable. The change literally says brand new Notes app that's it. Posted: 12 Jul 2021 01:19 PM PDT The title may sound stupid since a higher refresh rate makes everything look smoother but I've noticed my phone is stuttering and lagging more than usual. I'm on a Xiaomi Mi10T Pro on Android 11 and the latest MIUI version. I've been using 144hz and noticed my phone is quite laggy lately under load. The summer temperature may not be helping either but I wanted to ask if the higher refresh rate could be more taxing on the processor thus making my phone hotter and thermal throttle. | Redmi Note 10 5G Bluetooth calls constantly disconnect and reconnect in car Posted: 12 Jul 2021 05:38 PM PDT I bought a Redmi Note 10 5G and I love it as a secondary work phone so far. Everything works perfectly expect for bluetooth calls, which is actually really important to me. They disconnect and reconnect regularly (anything from 5-10 seconds to 1 minute between each disconnect). Soemtimes it reconnects within seconds, other times, it fully drops out, the car thinks the call has ended and returns to the radio, before 20 seconds later the call reconnects. It's incredibly frustrating and makes the phone unusable for what I bought it for. I have no idea what to do, various other phones all work fine in the same car. I heard about the AVRCP version sometimes helping things, I changed it to 1.6 and I'd say since then the time it's disconnected for is slightly less, however the disconnects are now more frequent. | Posted: 12 Jul 2021 11:25 AM PDT Hi, since yesterday evening my phone seems dead. I can't turn it on and it does not react to being connected with my Laptop or the charger. I tried charging it over night, tried multiple chargers and cables. Now I opened it and cannot see any obivious damage. I tried disconnecting the battery and reconnecting as well as disconnecting the battery, connecting the charger and reconnecting the battery but no reaction. Is it worth buying a new battery and trying with it or is likely something else broken? I had a similar experience a few weeks back, but there it started working again after charging for about an hour. Anything I can/should try? Thank you! [link] [comments]  | ||

My phone (Redmi Note 9s) prompted me with an option to make my existing sd card (ive been using it for about a year now) either portable or add it to my existing internal storage. I've been wanting to make it internal storage for a while and so I did that option, it said something about erasing the data and reformatting, which I was fine with since the SD card didn't have much on it. After it was done, I found that my internal storage didn't increase, so I was confused, so I restarted. Here's where the problems really start. I restarted and when my phone booted up it told me to reinsert my SD card so I did, after I did nothing was fixed and my internal storage was the same as i began just hours ago. And now, I can't open the storage settings on my phone and I can't download ot screen shot, it tells me I have no storage left, even though I have (what the settings tell me) about 54 gb left. To add to that, whenever I try to download something in play store, it just fully crashes. This kinda sucks because even all of the data that wasn't on my SD card got affected and all my saved stuff is gone, which isn't really the main problem, it's that I just can't download or screenshot anything.
