Samsung wants me to mail them my SIM card?

    Posted: 29 Jul 2021 04:52 PM PDT

I just submitted a repair request to samsung for my s21 having network connection problems and I thought all I would have to do was to mail them my phone for the repair but the instructions with my shipping label is asking me to mail them my charger and my sim card? That seems so ridiculous that they would need me to mail a charger and that asking for my sim card is even an option! In a world where sms authentication is used by banks, this seems like a horrible policy.
