    What's the best shade of grey to test for burn in?

    I'm looking to sell my phone soon and to my surprise I couldn't find any sort of burn in despite never using immersive mode, but I don't know if I'm using the correct greys, I've tried light and dark grey but obviously there's a lot more shades than just that and I'm not sure how big of a difference it makes.

    Hoping I'll be able to get around $300 for my 7T as it's in nearly perfect condition with 90% battery capacity.

    Haptic feedback

    All haptic feedback on my n10 5g just stopped working randomly. Last time it happened I restarted my phone and it was fixed no problem, but it didn't work this time I went to double check and all the vibration settings are unchanged and battery saver is off

    Edit: It just randomly kicked back on again. Why is this happening?

    OP9 Pro - Is it possible to change an apps 'category' (Tools; Finance; Reading; Photo...)?

    I just found the 'Quick Search Gestures' in the Home Settings. I love that it categorizes the apps. But some are in the wrong category. Can I fix this? Is there any way to change an app's category?

    I tried dragging them to another 'button' category, but that didn't work. I did find out that you can drag the category buttons around to sort them.

    Unable to Flash OOS 9.0.6 after clean wipe (3T)

    I'm unable to flash the official full ROM zip (goes into a bootloop). I've also tried full data wipe which removes encryption and use OxygenOS Recovery to flash the ZIP and encrypt the phone. However, there was no success. Has anyone faced such an issue find a solution?

    P.S.: Main reason I want to go to stock OS is to get VoLTE working, the IMS Status is NOT REGISTERED and even after flashing the firmware ZIP, no change. Tried 10.0 and 11.0 AOSP ROMs to test

    I just got my OP9 Pro a few days ago and had signed up for the community app. I'm at my pc now, and used the same email/password to signin to the forums. But it won't let me post.. It says:

    OnePlus Community - Error

    You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

    And I can't even give forum feedback to report this. And don't see any email..

    Want to get current firmware as backup when upgrading

    Hi Everyone! I have an OTA update which I want to apply, no real issues on my current version but little hiccups now and then, want to make sure I can downgrade if problems occur on the update.

    Anyone know where we can get these from? I'm on Oxygen OS 11.2.1.1.LE25BA Using model LE2113

    OnePlus8 File Transfer Problem

    I have been happily using a USB cable to transfer photos/files between my OnePlus8 and my desktop for a bit over a year now.

    Just last night, I tried to do it, and things got...weird. I hooked everything like usual, but when I looked in the DCIM/Camera folder, it would only let me look at one picture. Any other picture I tried to look at, it'd give me a blank screen and say that the file is corrupted.

    I unplugged the USB, reconnected it, and I could look at a different picture, but again, anything over the first picture (even the one I looked at previously just fine) was corrupted.

    I tried to transfer one picture from phone to desktop, and it took it probably 5 minutes to transfer. I tried to batch transfer 5 photos, and gave up on waiting for it to think about doing it.

    I tried to delete a couple old pictures, and Windows Explorer told me (every time I tried it) that the camera had "stopped responding".

    I have restarted both my desktop and my phone, and done a full power-off cycle of both. I've also tried a cable swap, on the off chance there was something messed up with the cable, but the problem persists.

    I am running Windows 10 home (64 bit).

    Any thoughts on what could have changed basically overnight?

    One plus 9 battery drains quick

    Hi

    I recently purchased a one plus 9 8gb variant, and noticed that even when I don't use the phone my battery drains quick. Mostly one plus launcher is at the top of the graph of battery. And with even a slight browsing of 10min my battery drains to 5-7% which is too much compared to my one plus 6t. I haven't even started using this phone completely and the battery is already an issue. Can someone please help me why this is happening ? I did a clean cache too and updated to the latest update.

    Yesterday I noticed that my oneplus 8 is losing its battery quite fast and heating up. Today I noticed that it also takes longer than normal to charge up. I've had this phone for a bit over a year. Anyone know what's up?

    one of my OnePlus buds sound louder in one side

    so I've had this problem for a week or so, and it's annoying me a lot. it's pretty simply, I have a set volume level, but the right side is louder than the left. it happens on all volume levels. I already tried factory resting the buds, didn't work. other times this worked, now it doesn't.

    anybody else has encountered this issue?

    If I have to change the battery how much can it cost ?

    I still Daly drive my oneplus 6 and battery life is a nightmare But performance is still really good and I just got Oxygen OS 11 so great

    Google assistant makes me unlock phone to do any command...

    When I'm in bed and want to turn my wifi light down to like 5% of brightness I'll say "hey Google turn my room light down to 5%" and itll say "okay please unlock your phone" I swear I had it do commands when unlocked before but I can't figure out how to do it again. I have my voice model trained and both options in lockscreen are enabled so I have no clue what's making it now work... Thanks in advance for any help! :)

    The default Gallery app has terrible rating on the Play store

    The default OnePlus Gallery app has 2,7 out of 5 stars with over 46 000 votes on the Google Play store.

    What do you guys think about it? Do you use it or do you have installed a 3rd party app?

    I personally dislike the OP Gallery app. The design seems off, I don't like the layout and grouping of photos and it has very limited functionality.
