Windows Nashville - What was it? Posted: 12 Jul 2021 02:14 PM PDT Many people do not know that there was a build inbetween Windows 95 OSR2 and Windows 98. This build - referred to as "Windows 96" by the community is known as Windows Nashville. As of 2021, the only known build of Nashville is build 4.10.999 - which came right between Windows 95 4.00.950 and Windows 98 4.10.1998. The ISO on Winworld is only an upgrade. To get Nashville, you must have a copy of Windows 3.1 or Windows 95 to upgrade from. Overall, Windows Nashville looks very similar to Windows 95. The branding is even the same - the only time "Nashville" is seen is in the MS-DOS Prompt. Video of install and overview is here [link] [comments]

Why does Windows not support EXT4 filesystem Posted: 12 Jul 2021 06:48 AM PDT Would Windows be more efficient if it was able to run on an EXT4 filesystem and why won't Windows developers invest in making windows support EXT4. [link] [comments]

Windows 11 requirements are going to make Microsoft lose its Customers.... Posted: 12 Jul 2021 11:25 AM PDT My PC doesn't has the TPM and Secure Boot thing (I searched the whole bios). Wouldn't that cause the Windows 10 users like me to Switch to Other OSs like Linux (and Probably MacOS cause you can always hackintosh 😉) Or we will be stuck with Windows 10 till year 2025.
