Posted: 01 Jun 2021 10:36 AM PDT It's really annoying when I'm this happens because you think you've taken a good photo, but no, it's blurry and bad. In good lighting this does still sometimes happen, but in low light, it's soooo bad. for me with the 7 pro it took the phone a good half a second to take the picture. [link] [comments]  | ||

Posted: 01 Jun 2021 03:33 PM PDT Like the title says, for how long can I use my one plus 7 pro if I take very good care of it, restart it once in a couple of days, keep it safe, not charging to 100%, and not use it until 0%, neve shatter the screen and keep it very clean. Some may say that the phone may slow down, but is the CPU ( Snapdragon 855) really going slow down so much that I can feel it? And snapdragon 855 is a pretty powerful CPU, is it gonna slow down so much? Using the phone for apps is almost next to nothing for the snapdragon 855, and I don't play games, only normal usage ( yt, Reddit, chat with friends, etc.) So based on everything above mentioned, how long can I use my phone until I can feel it deteriorating? | White bar below keyboard that appears only on WhatsApp Posted: 01 Jun 2021 09:01 PM PDT Hi, I have this weird bug for a while now where a white bar appears under the keyboard, whenever I write caption on any media, but in whatsapp only. This is the same white bar that appears behind the navigation pill, when you have deactivated "hide the bottom bar" setting in navigation gestures. But I have the bottom bar hidden, yet it appears. Earlier it used to be random, but now it happens every single time. And this issue appears in SwiftKey alongside Gboard, so it's not a bug in the keyboard apps. I have also tried the raise and hide settings for keyboard height, it didn't make a change either. And I've tried wiping cache and even factory reset after android 11. I reported this long ago, but somehow the chance of occurrence increased instead. If anyone knows a fix it will be great, as there's nothing in the forum regarding this. [link] [comments]  | ||
| Settings APK from OP7P 11.0.1.1 Posted: 01 Jun 2021 02:49 PM PDT Dirty flashing 11.0.1.1 through local upgrade messed with my settings APK and I slightly fixed it by downgrading the settings APK to the 11 beta APK from apkmirror, but now I need the one from 11.0.1.1 to get it fully working again. Posted: 01 Jun 2021 07:21 AM PDT Edit: I have found that if I switch the preferred network type to 2G/3G and back to 2G/3G/4G I get excellent signal. IDK how long it will last though, since I only did it 10 minutes ago. Has anyone noticed if their 9 pro has pretty bad cell signal, especially right after pulling the phone out of your pocket? I've realized that where I had decent service with my 7 Pro, my 9 Pro has poor, or no signal at all. For instance, when I pull my 9 Pro out of my pocket while at my desk at work, I have no signal for about 30 seconds, then it will finally connect. I like my messaging app (I use the default one) but when replying to group messages for work (with multiple people I hardly know) it sends each of them my message individually. Super embarrassing. | Accent colors not updating properly after updating to OSS 11 Posted: 01 Jun 2021 07:10 PM PDT Ever since updating to OOS 11 on my 7 Pro, my system accent colors don't seem to be fully working. The general UI, like the notification shade and app drawer, look perfectly fine. However, system pop-ups, like choosing an app to open a link with, or even the general text in a few Google apps (photos in particular) all follow the accent color I used on OOS 10. I've tried clearing the OnePlus launcher cache, the caches of a bunch of system apps, and even wiping the system cache all together, but nothing has worked. I've never seen this issue before so it's super strange. Does anyone have any ideas for a fix? [link] [comments]  | ||

When I got the phone, I also got a set of tempered glass and a case, but given how oneplus has given this already, I'm wondering if I should return the third party case and tempered glasses. A restart of the phone or putting it into airplane mode and taking it out again will cause a flood of texts to come in. I'm on Verizon for what it's worth. | Posted: 01 Jun 2021 10:25 AM PDT My beloved OP3 is sadly breaking apart slowly. The volume button stopped working a few months ago and just a few days back the power button stopped functioning too. The display is peeling off from the top as well. After 5 good years I think it's time to move on. I thought OP9 would be a no-brainer given my previous positive experience with this brand but I read some reviews that it has overheating issues and is not that good of a phone. Is there any credibility to these reviews? Do you suggest OP9 as a viable option or are there better alternatives? I saw that they have a bunch of other options now too, 9R and what not. I honestly didn't know till now as the only time I get invested in smartphones is when I'm planning to buy a new one. I saw that the 9R has 12 gigs of RAM compared to base 9 which has 8. It always is the corner on the opposite depending on whether your video is on the left or right side. I wanted to try something new and get a Oneplus phone (I'm from Argentina so we don't have an official store or anything), though the only ones I can get here are a used 7T for around $450, or maybe an 8 for $550 if I'm lucky, or an 8 Pro for around $800 (same as a brand new iPhone 11 here). Should I get one or the other? Would it be better to stick with Exynos Samsung phones, since they are produced here and are much cheaper in general? I will have to redial the person or wait for them to redial me before I can hear them and vice versa. Have tried with a few different people so definitely is a problem with either my device or SIM. Oxygen OS 11.0.1.1.GM21AA No out of the norm apps, I tend to keep my phone basic functionality wise with only google spyware installed.
