    Hi.

    My PC has been working fine for 1,5 years. I updated my BIOS today, but after getting a confirmation that the update was successful, I only get a black screen.

    Specs

    • Asus X570-F
    • 32GB RAM Dual Channel (is included in QVL)
    • Sapphire 5700 XT Nitro+
    • Samsung EVO 970 M.2 SSD

    I was on BIOS version 2802 and updated to 4002. I updated from BIOS using USB, and got a message that it was successful. The PC then rebooted, and it said that it was updating LED firmware. After a few minutes the screen went black. It stayed black for a long time, and after a good while i rebooted the PC. The black screen just came back after this, can't even get to BIOS.

    The green troubleshooting QLED on the MB stays on after going through the other ones. This means BOOT according to the motherboard manual.

    Things I have tried:

    • Clear CMOS
    • Remove battery from motherboard, leaving it out for 30 min
    • Holding the Power button for 30 seconds after turning the PC off.
    • Switched monitor
    • Switched from DP to HDMI
    • Tried another GPU (GTX 760)
    • Took out one of the DDRs
    • Disconnected all SATA and M.2 devices
    • Using Flashback button to the previous BIOS version

    Still no dice unfortunately. Does anyone have any tips?

    Strange FPS Issue on CSGO

    I have a good setup and used to play CSGO really smooth until some months ago. Last few months i have been experiencing some issues. For example, playing on Dust2 is really awful. Fps are really unstable and drop to 80 or less continiously (this doesnt happen on every map)

    When i change the map and join the second match the fps drop a lot and seem to get capped without any reason.

    My spec:

    Ryzen 7 3800x

    RX 5600XT

    16gb RAM

    This only happens with this game and with older drivers i have been able to fix it but it also brought other performance issues.

    I have already reinstalled Windows, Steam and the game multiple times without success and i really dont know what else to do. Please someone help me :(

    Paint 3d crashes when trying to export a model

    Paint 3d crashes on me and sais Paint 3d needs to close. This happens when i try to export my project as a 3d model. Any help is much appreciated! :)

    PSA regarding Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 and bluetooth

    Crossposting for maximum visibility. I have been scouring the internet for days testing every component of my computer hardware and software to figure out why my alienware was suffering massive strokes from basic gaming. So much testing just to realize if you use your Series 2 Via bluetooth connection, it will defeat your Windows 10 laptop. Literally. It completely fucks your whole computer up. That is all. Hope this helps someone.
