Angry IP Scanner won't Open on Mac

    Posted: 03 May 2021 11:21 AM PDT

I am attempting to open "Angry IP scanner" on my MAC and every time I click the icon to open it, the icon flashes and then doesn't open. I have tried to re-download it and nothing is working. Any thoughts?

Laptop related, battery issues and lag spikes.

    Posted: 03 May 2021 01:03 AM PDT

Hey I bought my laptop around one year ago in march, and it's been running smooth since then. Though lately I've been experiencing battery power loss although the laptop is plugged in, and also experience lag spikes sometimes. I feel like the battery issue is probably normal, but the lag spikes are a bit annoying. Is there any software I could use in order to check what the issue is?
For some additional info, the laptop I have is a ASUS TUF Gaming FX505DV, specs are Ryzen 7 3500H, RTX 2060, 16 RAM, 1 Tera (of which I'm using 300GB).
I tried running Malwarebytes in search for malware of some sort, but it did not detect anything.
As for laptop cleaning I tried using CCleaner, but it didn't change much.
Last time I cleaned it throughout (with compressed air) was around 3 months ago.

i can't find the info on netgear's website or the spec sheet.

does anyone know if the 4 port switch ethernet ports on WNR2000 router and WN2000RPT repeaters are 10/100 ethernet or 10/100/1000 (gigabit) ethernet?

    thanks

Laptop is at 70% Memory usage on startup (Windows 10)

    Posted: 02 May 2021 08:42 PM PDT

The laptop i'm using is a Dell G3 with 8 gigs of ram and it has been using a whole lot of memory lately. Around startup it starts at 60% then goes to around 70% after a couple of minutes. Is there any way to decrease the heavy amount of memory usage. I appreciate the help!
