Accidentally downloaded a virus and Windows Security caught it...should I still be concerned?

I downloaded a .rar from a music website that I've been downloading from for months and is also run by a single person from my understanding. Never had a single issue until last night when I tried to download something and kept getting errors when trying to extract it. I'm pretty certain the person uploaded the file not knowing it was infected.

I had my notifications off so I tried downloading it 2-3 times before I realized what was going on, but Windows auto-deleted it and I couldn't extract it each time. When I realized what was going on, I went into Windows Security and it said the file was infected with Backdoor:Win32/Bladabindi!ml.

Did a scan with Malwarebytes and Windows Security and found nothing afterwards. Should I still be concerned at all?

    ASUS ROG CROSSHAOR VIII HERO

    Posted: 04 Mar 2021 12:10 AM PST

I have given up trying to contact AMD. Maybe someone here can help please.

I own Ryzen 2700x and ROG Crosshair VIII Hero and own 4 Samsung 970s and 1 1TB 980 pro. I also own the Hyper V2 drive.

When I put my m.2s in the Hyper it only reads 2 m.2 drives. But if I put 2 in the Hyper and 2 directly into the motherboard it works...

Any reason for this? I configured bios properly but still not showing. If the Mobo has 16 lanes should I be able to run all the M.2s in the Hyper?

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. I thought their was enough pcie lanes but can't figure out how to run my m.2s in the Hyper?

    Thanks!

Is it possible i've been hacked?

    Posted: 03 Mar 2021 06:40 PM PST

It sounds a bit far fetched but then I know nothing about hacking and not a lot about technology, I was on a tik tok live and some person was telling two people their names/jobs without knowing them, seemed pretty light hearted and probably easy info to find so I jokingly said 'do me do me'

Less than a minute later my phone went a weird yellowish colour which has continued to fade in and out despite restarting my phone, as well as kind of lagging every few seconds. My laptop is linked to my phone using an app, when I opened it was on some sort of coding page which has never happened before. When I went on reddit to panic to more knowledgeable people it said I was already logged in, which has also never happened before.

I downloaded an antivirus app on my phone which found 1 threat which was supposedly resolved, but the phone is still going crazy. It sounds a bit crazy but it all seems like a rather big coincidence, and i'm freaking out because even apart from personal details etc my laptop has lots of important university work.

Please let me know if it sounds possible that I have been hacked. I didn't click any links or open anything like that. Please advise me on what to do if it sounds like I have been hacked

    thank you

    Gaming Laptop Issue

    Posted: 03 Mar 2021 06:09 PM PST

So I was playing roblox on my gaming laptop and it suddenly started to lag, I checked the ping and it was around 80-150, but it was still lagging really hard, the internet is good. I shutted my laptop down then opened it back up and it started up way slower than usual. I decided to download avast and run a scan, it showed that some apps like NVIDIA A----(can't remember), Microsoft Onedrive and 365 slowed the computer down a lot so I deleted them, then I also cleaned the laptop up with premium clean up and updated the drivers so after that I shutted it back down and opened it back up, still really slow starting up just like last time, but the gaming was a bit better. I wonder if the computer parts inside broke or something but I only bought this in November 2020. Please help.
