| Posted: 28 Dec 2020 06:23 PM PST hi! I recently bought a mi9 phone (updated with MIUI 12.0.2) and immediately fell in love with it. I'm just a little concerned about how fast the battery chargers, I'm afraid I'll find myself with a deteriorating battery in a few months but it doesn't seem to be a way to exit the fast charging mode or at least slow it down a bit. And... maybe... is there a way to immediately stop the charge as soon as it reaches 100%? I like to charge my phone by night when I'm sleeping but, of course, the battery reaches his full capacity in less than an hour so it stays attached to the spine for the rest of the night and I'm a little paranoid about this. I purchased the phone a few months back, but it came with a European charger, so I am unable to use the turbo charge feature on my phone. Today, I was able to use the turbo charge feature, since I tried out the charger included with the Mi 10t lite, Is there anywhere I can buy the official Xiaomi charger (I have looked for quite some time now with no success), or any decent third party 30w chargers I can get elsewhere? I have seen a few advertised on Amazon, but almost all of them are 30w maximum output, where one usb c output is 12w, and the other 18w. [link] [comments]  | ||

I didn't have this problem before on a different phone (not Xiaomi) but it's been happening since i got my Xiaomi. This doesn't happen with any other app I have on my phone. The phone in question has been thoroughly abused - it has been dropped many times, and one time I found it in the freezer. It worked after that, but not for long... Today, while it was being used, the display shut itself off and it no longer responded to touch. The power button makes the resetting noise - I say that because there appears to be no evidence that it is actually resetting. | Posted: 28 Dec 2020 03:44 PM PST Hello everyone, I have a Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 with MIUI 10 Global 9.6.27 Beta (not sure why it says beta). I am not running a custom ROM. I've had it for 2.5 years. Up until yesterday, the phone ran well, with the odd quirk but no frequent or severe problems. It has now, all of a sudden, started being very unstable. The main issue is on the lock screen. Whenever I go to lock the phone, the power down/restart menu comes up, even though I'm not holding the button. The phone will then, about half the time, restart without me touching any buttons. It also seems to crash unexpectedly in random apps (YouTube, for example) and then get stuck on the Mi logo on the boot screen. It will continue to stay in the Mi logo until I hold the power button and it then continues to turn on. I haven't downloaded any apps in ages or done any new updates that I know of, so I have no idea why this is happening all of the sudden. Any advice would be appreciated.
