- 4 years ago today. My Note 7 blew up at work and even the fire department came. Even then, I've still been using nothing not the Note lineup.
- Why is the gesture bar over a solid color? Why can’t it be by itself?
- Has me grinning like a fool everytime! This thing is a BEAST!
- I like older Samsung advertisements much more than new ones. Just look at this ad. You'll remember it. Maybe you still do!
- Looking for Snowy Day Icon Pack, I installed it back in 2019 and cannot find it anymore, help appreciated
- Saw someone do this before.. but I thought it could get even worse
- Why on ONEUI 1.0 ONEUI Home this widget doesn't show up when searching for widgets and only one widget for Samsung Health show that shows current steps count/total steps? This widget shows when searching for widgets in places other than ONEUI Home. Anyone knows why?
- So I asked Bixby "do you know siri?" And she said...
- Samsung Internet "pop-ups blocked" notification
- Samsung customer service sucks!
- I wish I could unpin the navigation bar like we used to. Dunno why they removed that feature.

- Galaxy Fit2
- Almost 16gb of data I can't delete I need help

Samsung Internet "pop-ups blocked" notification Posted: 04 Oct 2020 08:05 AM PDT with Samsung Internet on s20 fe, a "pop-ups blocked" notification pops up (ironically!) whenever it blocks a pop up. on my previous s7 running an older version of Samsung Internet, this didn't happen it just blocked them silently. is there any way to switch this notification off? Samsung customer service sucks! Posted: 04 Oct 2020 08:00 AM PDT Recently bought a fridge straight from Samsung and got it delivered last week. When the worker was trying to place the fridge inside my home, he accidentally damaged the fridge (hit the fridge against the side of the truck). Obviously we didn't take it and he took the fridge back. We called Samsung and they said they will replace it. We asked when, and they said they don't know. Fast forward about a week later, still fridgeless. We had to throw away all of our food from our previous place and we've been eating out every single meal. We've been calling pretty much every single day to check on updates, if any. They won't give us a date when the new fridge will be here, no reimbursement for the inconvenience, and they won't let us borrow a temp fridge either. I'm just so frustrated! It's clearly their fault. They know it but won't do a single thing about it! Have you guys had any experience similar to this? Is there anything I can do? Sorry for the rant. About to go out and eat... again. [link] [comments]
I wish I could unpin the navigation bar like we used to. Dunno why they removed that feature. Posted: 04 Oct 2020 07:58 AM PDT That is all. Move to gestures? Tried, did not like it. A tap for me is faster. [link] [comments]
S20+ and Note 10+: Google Assistant no longer beeps with “OK Google” Posted: 04 Oct 2020 07:38 AM PDT This is very strange, and I was on the phone with Samsung support (they are fantastic, by the way). However, we can't figure out what the issue is. I have both of the phones in the title of this thread. Until about a week ago, when I would say "OK Google" or "Hey Google" to open the Google Assistant, I would hear a beep that would indicate it was waiting for my voice. It worked great. All of a sudden, about a week ago, it no longer beeps. Sometimes (not always), the S20+ vibrates, but it's not consistent. The Assistant opens and I can use it perfectly fine, however it just will not beep with my voice command. I have the latest Android updates (Sept. 1, 2020) from Samsung, and all apps are up-to-date as well. So I think that something happened in the last update (which I did on Sept. 18) that broke this functionality. Can anyone else confirm that they have this same issue? I've been through all settings, but nothing has worked. Thank you! (P.S. I also have a Google Home Mini and Sonos speaker, both of which DO beep with the same command; this is specific to the two Samsung phones). [link] [comments]
Posted: 04 Oct 2020 06:55 AM PDT Hello, Is Samsung going to release a more advance variant of the new Fit2 or should I go out and buy this one? I want a band to work with Samsung Health, love the app for tracking, although they could improve it a lot. Still pretty good. [link] [comments]

Update on Google FRP on Note10+ Posted: 04 Oct 2020 06:08 AM PDT I got the email yesterday that samsung accepted the trade in and it met all the eligibility requirements, my points were added and the webpage updated to "Trade in completed" or something. So I guess, with a lockscreen and without removing any accounts before hand, if you factory reset a Samsung Galaxy Note10+ carrier locked to t-mobile from settings and not recovery, it does in fact remove Google FRP. I'm going to leave this for other people with a similar phone to look at incase they're confused cause I got mixed answers on different websites on it. [link] [comments]

I cannot understand why people say Samsung gets slower after years of use Posted: 04 Oct 2020 05:20 AM PDT I had a Galaxy S4 and honestly it did not have any slowdowns. It was fast as the day I first got it, and the software was very stable. Why do people think Samsung phones slow down over time? [link] [comments]
PSA: Note 20 Ultra S-View Case Defect Posted: 03 Oct 2020 07:34 PM PDT Hey guys! You may know my Note 20 Ultra experience from my other posts (check profile for more). I had a display issue requiring replacement phones. I've done some research and it appears the official S-View case causes rapid burn-in. Luckily some burn-in fixing apps (and changing resolution back and forth) seems to fix this issue. Removing the case stopped the damage in my case. I recommend you remove the case and inspect the screen. This is not an isolated incident, other cases have been reported on the Samsung forums. [link] [comments]
Posted: 04 Oct 2020 05:05 AM PDT Does anyone know if the galaxy tab s5e is discontinued in India. I can't find it anywhere online. Is the S6 lite a direct replacement for the s5e. I am looking at the ipad or s5e mainly because of the amoled display. [link] [comments]
Posted: 04 Oct 2020 04:34 AM PDT I use Bixby's "what song is playing?" feature to identify songs a lot. It works well in apps. However, if I'm using the Samsung internet browser, it just pulls the title directly from the notification sent by the browser. That doesn't work as the notification displays title of the video playing and not actually the song being used in the video. Is there any way to actually make it listen? [link] [comments]
Cracked screen trade in question Posted: 04 Oct 2020 04:19 AM PDT I have a Galaxy S8+ with a very cracked screen, but the display underneath is also really messed up. It has a few blotches of dead pixels as well as the whole display flickers. You can still navigate around the phone and do things but it's essentially useless. My question is does this still qualify for the cracked screen trade in? [link] [comments]

Does the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra support HDR 10 + for video recording or is it just the screen? Posted: 04 Oct 2020 04:04 AM PDT I know Sony Xperia 1 mark II supports Dolby Vision HDR for video recording and the OLED screen. [link] [comments] |
