    So, I had to send out my OG Galaxy Buds due to loss of sound in one bud, whatever. I contacted Samsung Canada to have them shipped to their depot. They never gave me a time estimate, so I gave it a healthy estimate of 3-4 weeks including shipping time. So, I shipped the buds via FedEx Monday afternoon (Aug 31), Samsung has acknowledged and received them by Tuesday morning (Sept 1), now I have an email saying they've replaced the buds and gave me a FedEx tracking number with estimated delivery for today (Sept 4). Samsung if you can see this somehow, I'm beyond impressed right now keep up the amazing work!!!!

    Samnung fooling EU and Asian consumers

    Exynos is bad (Runs hotter and slower.Also consumes more battery), and samsung should at least sell their Exynos phones for chapter.

    But no it doesn't. It sells the EU and Asian phones at the same rate of North American versions of their phones

    Samsung Note20 Ultra - EU region isn't worth it

    Wireless Dex

    I love Samsung yo, their innovation is next level. So today I discovered I could play a video on the browser with wireless dex and have the audio coming out from my phone. Been using my phone as my Bluetooth speaker for watching shows on my TV.

    Hello!

    So I've been having a lot of problems with my device recently. I have a Samsung A71 5G and recently I've been unable to send messages or recieve them, the same is true with calls.

    I think my SIM Card is to blame, because when I go to see the status, the Network isn't available and it's in a Disconnected State.

    I have legit no way on how to fix this. I've removed the SIM Card and popped it back in several times. I've powered my phone off, removed it, set it back in, and powered it back on. I've removed it, powered it on, and then set it back in. I've restarted my phone.

    I've even considered doing a Factory Data Reset, but I can't even do that. I can't complete two step verification eithout the ability to recieve messages.

    Nothing is working. I have no idea what to do. Please help.

    Okay, I know hardly anything about android phones, just reviews. Please don't hold it against me. My employer is looking for a good screen and camera protector for her Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, and it doesn't matter what I say there will always be an alternative because in all honesty, I just do not know.

    I hope this is allowed, as a discussion, but what tempered glass protectors do you use (Amazon link?) (if you own a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra) that support everything touch screen and finger print support and all features, and how do you feel about it?

    If you know have one, but know someone who does, I welcome that discussion as well!

    My phone went dead during an update

    First of all I am not sure if this is the place to ask this question and if not please someone tell me where to go

    To provide you some context yesterday my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 was warning me that the charge port had some humidity. I found this odd but assumed it was nothing, but at night when I went to charge it the phone wouldn't let me. I left it on rice the whole night.

    This morning I went to try and charge it and nothing. I found this very odd because yesterday the warning appeared even when the phone had 0% battery. I turned it on (1% left I guess) and it started charging.

    I got a noti from a new update, and I saw that as an opportunity to maybe fix the problem. Oh boy was I wrong. My phone is currently charging, black screen, 0 response. The blue updating screen didn't appear. Any suggestions?

    Wireless DeX Question

    Loving the new wireless DeX on my Note20 Ultra. Yesterday I was in a zoom meeting for work while editing a spreadsheet in split screen. It is amazing!

    My one question is, I could not get my zoom meeting audio to run through the TV I was connected to. When I went to the audio outputs in DeX, it only showed my phone as an option and there was no other way for me to select a separate audio output (like my TV). Any idea how to get the audio output changed? TIA.

    Hi, so hopefully this is the right subreddit to bring this up to, if its not then let me know!

    So I ordered some Buds Live and they arrived yesterday. For the past few hours tonight though, I've been getting spam texted from various numbers that say its from Samsung with the same 562 area code saying my order was delivered. I just want to know if there's any way to stop this other than just blocking each number. Also if this is an issue anyone else has had before?

    I'd like to add that the texts have no links and the order number is exactly the same one I've received, so maybe its just a weird glitch, but the fact the message is from different numbers and I've been getting them all night is weird.

    So, that phone got the Android 10 update, just wondering if I should update it, I'm scared it might slow it down or make it laggy, just like other low-ram phones. TIA (P.S. updated my A70 a few months ago, was laggy at first, but it's fine now, but my friend's A30 is laggy af)
