Planned obsolescence w the S8? Posted: 03 Aug 2020 07:33 AM PDT Since the most recent update I've experienced a rash of app crashes & browser freezing on my S8+. I love this phone & have been loathed to replace it. Anyone know if this planned obsolescence? [link] [comments]
Galaxy S20 Battery - Last % Charges Posted: 03 Aug 2020 06:37 AM PDT So I bought a new S20 last week and when I charge it I notice the battery skips from 97% to 100% when I charge it at the end of the day. I also notice when I take it off the charger it sort of drains past those first 3% really quickly as well, like within 3 minutes its at 97%. The phone is still brand new, do I just have a wonky battery? [link] [comments]
Posted: 03 Aug 2020 02:35 AM PDT My silicon strap has finally snapped after 18 months of abuse. It seems I can't buy a new one direct from Samsung so I am unsure where to go now. Does anyone know any UK retailers that sell the unique 22mm straps? [link] [comments]

Cast different things to different TV's? Posted: 03 Aug 2020 07:42 AM PDT I work at a Dr's office, we have multiple samsung TV's (one in the waiting room and ones in exam rooms), is there a way to cast different things to each tv from my Samsung phone? [link] [comments]
Posted: 03 Aug 2020 07:30 AM PDT Hi I'm doing some internal research for my company and I'm looking to find a simple list of all the available apps for Samsung TVs. Preferably listed along side the prime function of the app ie. video content, sport, music, games etc. Anyone know where I can find such a list. Thanks ps. I don't have a Samsung smart TV otherwise I would sit and write them all down. [link] [comments]

[Samsung J7] How to Sign-in to the Device after Hard Reset without Google Account. Posted: 03 Aug 2020 12:28 AM PDT I reset my Samsung J7 and I can't sign into the device after Hard Reset. I have forgot both my email ID and Password. On top of that I forgot the Phone Number I set up the phone with. I tried signing-in with a different account but it doesn't seem to work. I had similar issue with a Samsung phone earlier and I managed to sign in without the previous Gmail account, I don't know how I did it, that was years ago. Any help would be appreciated. Get Samsung Pay in many countries without support Posted: 02 Aug 2020 10:11 PM PDT TLDR; use link below to get a free curve card that supports Samsung pay I have been pretty annoyed about Samsung Pay not being adopted here in Denmark where I currently live. That banks didn't seem to care. I both have Samsung phones and Samsung watch but could not use the pay mechanisms. The other day I got tipped about a new type of smart credit card called Curve. The main selling point for themnis that you can have one card to pay with all your other cards. So basically you can select which of your credit/debit cards that their card should act as when you do a payment (you can change this for each payment). This is pretty similar to what Samsung pay and Google pay provides as well, except here you also get a physical card. Anyway, they also support Samsung pay and apple pay with this card so by getting this card and add it to Samsung Pay, you will now be able to get Samsung Pay in most countries. They had a bit of problems when wirecard was closed a month or so ago, but now it runs smoothly again. I now use it on a daily basis with my galaxy watch2 an have not yet come across a shop where it didn't work. No extra fee added. You can sign up (their free blue card is enough) via the link below. You (and I) will get £5 from them the first time you spend using your Curve card. If you do not want the free money, then simply remove everything after the # in the link. [link] [comments]
