    Hangouts shared image downloader solution

    Posted: 30 Mar 2020 01:44 PM PDT

Google is shutting down Hangouts soon, so I moved my group chats away from Hangouts.

I wanted to make backup from all shared images, but currently there is no way to get them. So as solution I made a small script that downloads all links from Hangouts history. Seems to work for now, so maybe its helpful for somebody else as well.

It can be found here Github with tutorial how to use it.

    Feedback / improvements welcome

[DEV] 'Crisis Response' - a narrative-focused interactive story adventure inspired by the atmosphere of Half-Life and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.

    Posted: 30 Mar 2020 02:11 AM PDT

    Interactive adaptation of a book.

You are contacted by Ann, a lab assistant at a California University - something went terribly wrong with an experiment she was assisting with.

Uncover the cause of the events and help Ann escape with her life.

    • Non-linear story that progresses based on your responses and reactions
    • Multiple ending variants. Be careful what advice you give, Ann may die.
    • Fully offline, play at your own pace
    • No micro-transactions
    • Game length: 3-5 days of casual play

    Free Demo: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vpa.crisisresponsedemo

    Full game: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vpa.crisisresponse

If your entertainment budget does not allow for games at these trying times, please contact me for a free full game copy. I'd much rather you play and not pay, than not play at all. Stay safe.

This is my passion project... I sincerely hope you guys will enjoy it.
