| OnePlus 7 Pro not being recognized by USB 3.0 ports anymore Posted: 04 Feb 2020 01:12 PM PST I bought an Anker powerline II Type-C to USB 3.1 cable for faster file transfers. It worked fine for the first 2-3 weeks. Couple of days ago I plugged my phone in and it started charging but it did not connect to PC. I restarted computer, phone, still nothing. My USB 3.0 external HDD works on the same ports. I plugged my phone into USB 2.0 ports and it was recognized by windows. From USB 2.0 port I installed the drivers. Still nothing. I got a replacement cable thinking the 3.1 end was defective. New cable doesn't work for 3.0, but 2.0 works. Any ideas why my computer isn't recognizing this device over USB 3.0? Thanks. However, when bluetooth headphones are in, the phone rings out loud, even when the rocker is set to silent. I've searched around for answers, but nothing seems to work. I get that it is a "feature" so you don't miss calls when the headphones are out of your ears and still connected, but it's legitimately pissing off my coworkers at this point, lol. Messages seems to close when I leave the app. I have to reboot the phone to get it to show up in Recent Items. but after about maybe 20 minutes or so it goes back to disappearing. No matter what I've tried (holding down the lock button, lock and volume down button etc) it simply will not turn on. Daydream (Screen Saver) and Ambient Display are incompatible Posted: 04 Feb 2020 01:12 PM PST In terms of wanting to see incoming notifications - enabling both "Ambient Display" to show notifications and "Screen Saver" when charging (I have it in a Qi dock with a charging pad added) - the Screen Saver (daydream) overrides the ambient display and the notification is never displayed on the screen. You would think ambient display would have priority given that it's a wake event, versus a screen saver, but no. Any way to fix this? OxygenOS 10.3.0 [link] [comments]  | ||

Should I order it online and get it shipped to Australia or would I be able to save money getting it shipped to the US while I'm there?
