Thanks for the lovely message, Samsung. I appreciate your words of advice but I will unfortunately not change my ways because I have an addiction. Also I think I'm going blind.

Change the default Android vibration for the Keyboard?

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 06:44 AM PST

So I've downloaded the swiftkey or and activated the vibration but I don't like its vibration style. It also has an option to activate the default Android vibration but that is a bit too weak for my taste. Any way to increase its intensity ?

Should I change my age to over 13?

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 12:01 AM PST

I've seen it happen on Twitter before, where you change your age to the correct birthday and they lock you put of your account, for creating it when you were under 13. This seems to have happened to my samsung account, I created the age to show I am 18 when really I was only 11 at the time. Should I change my age to the right age, now that I am old enough to use the service?

Does a Samsung phone link to your identity?

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 04:37 AM PST

If someone took my old Samsung phone (Note 5) and put a new sim card in it and used it maliciously, is there any link to my identity (obviously excluding apps that link directly to my accounts)

In other words, does anyone know that that specific phone is registered in my name or something like that?

Status and nav bar always hidden

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 07:44 AM PST

Idk what happened or changed but yesterday my status and nav bar only show up when I swipe up for the nav bar or when I swipe down. This is very annoying since I use the back gestures so I have to swipe once to show the back gestures then another swipe to actually go back. I've already booted into safe mode and restarted multiple times. Is there any way I can force them to show with system UI tuner or something? Thanks

    Samsung watch being annoying

    Posted: 29 Jan 2020 08:26 PM PST

When I have my Samsung watch on the charging dock and it is connected by the cellular service and not bluetooth every time I receive a text it vibrates even though I am not wearing it. How can I make it only vibrate and notify me when I'm wearing it?

Does my watch have cellular radio?

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 06:26 AM PST

I recently bought a refurbished Galaxy Watch from Amazon and the listing claimed it was bluetooth only. When I went through the setup it wanted to check if I could set up a data connection on it, which I thought was weird. Now today I noticed there is an imei number printed on the back. Does this indicate that my watch has a cell radio as well? Is there a way to check?

Edit: I also looked up the model number SM-R815U, and I think it might have LTE, but I'm still not 100% sure

    Is there a 5g note 10 international?

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 06:24 AM PST

I'm thinking about getting a note 10 but I want to get the 5g international version. I can't seem to find where to buy it. I live in America so I can't buy it off Samsung's website, and I can't buy the American unlocked version for other reasons. Does anyone actually own the phone to tell me that it exists?

Can we get the Wear settings to stick with Buds?

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 05:53 AM PST

I prefer having ambient sound enabled while at work. I've noticed that not only do I need to re-enable it every time I begin using the buds but even if I remove them for a moment and place them in my ears again I have to enable it. Why doesn't this setting stick?

Make the buttons go down on games

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 05:12 AM PST

I have an s8plus fully updated. I'm getting annoyed of accidentally hitting the back button or home button when using apps. Why was the option of it going down removed? Is there a way to get that back? Like an app or a setting I'm not finding? I miss apps being truly full screen and I have cat buttons and don't want to use the swipe buttons thing.

    Best way to Silence EVERYTHING

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 04:40 AM PST

I'm on an A70 2019. I got sick of iPhone when it ignored both being silent and DND being on and ringed in class, didn't even bother getting it back, it just acts like it is the one in control, not me. No way to customise without jailbreaking which isn't on iOS 13 and stable enough.

So is holding down the volume down button (easiest access to it) safe for silencing absolutely everything, or is there a setting or something for it? I love my phone so far. Thanks!

Us version note 10 +, korean sim card not working

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 04:28 AM PST

I have a verizon note 10 + paid off and was on the verizon network for more then 90 days, this meets the criteria for the phone to be "unlocked". I had to come to korea because of work. I went to KT which is one of the korean carriers and everytime I put the sim card in its saying it cannot switch carriers at this time please contact Verizon wireless. Well I would but I can't because Verizons only customer service is through a us number and they told me before I left the states that my phone is unlocked.

    Samsung Messenges app

    Posted: 29 Jan 2020 08:46 PM PST

I've finally had to make the switch from my S6 active, and I'm in the process of switching to a Pixel 3a. Trying to transfer text messages, so I got SMS Backup and Restore, created a backup, transferred it over, and restored. Then I noticed that the restored conversations don't have any of my outgoing texts. Scrolling back, they do show up from mid 2017 and earlier.

I use the native Messages app, and I think I gather that it has something to do with Samsung's advanced messaging. I tried downloading a different SMS app on the S6 active, and it also does not show my outgoing texts.

So, is there any way to get those?

A20 was having faulty screen and unresponsive touch. Got a software update yesterday.

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 12:27 AM PST

After the software update the touch is working completely fine. No ghost touch or unresponsive touch yet. I was thinking of getting it repaired but now it's working fine. Anyone else having the same issue.
