| Posted: 03 Jan 2020 12:48 PM PST Just picked up my band new 7 Pro today. I have an issue with the top speaker being super quiet during a call. I have no idea what's wrong with it. I have already opened a RMA but I dont want to send it back already. Yes the volume is up during the call Its louder if i have my ear in the middle of the phone for some reason. Bottom speaker is fine. I downloaded an app that's suppose to increase call volume but it was already set at the max which was 6 (1-6) I can't find any info in it really. Just a few other people with the problem and a ticket was opened with. No reply from oneplus Any help would be appreciated [link] [comments]  | ||

I have a OP6T and I used to have a notification for that and now I don't. I checked all the settings, reinstalled messenger, even deactivated and reactivated my account. Then I realized it's the same on my wife's phone (OP5T). The thing is you can easily never realize it if you don't pay attention to it. Posted: 03 Jan 2020 01:22 PM PST I have the OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren and I tried a glass screen protector, but my in-screen fingerprint scanner would not work. I had re-trained my fingerprints several times, but nothing changed. Because this phone has a screen with rounded edges, the screen protector adhered around the edges so I am thinking the slight air gap is the issue. Open it again and it's where I left off. Does that with most apps I have. It's using alot of battery. My battery lasts about 25% less than it used to. Have y'all been experiencing this? | Rooted OP5 on bootloop, any suggestions on what to do? Posted: 03 Jan 2020 01:01 PM PST OnePlus 5 on OxygenOS 9.0.9, custom kernel (Franco Kernel). TWRP is accessible and functional, dont know about adb Today I updated both Magisk Manager and Magisk itself from 7.4.0 and 20.1 to 7.5.0 and 20.2, and nothing seemed to be wrong. I disabled the Unicode Google Sans mod, and then I updated QuickSwitch from 2.0 to 3.0. When rebooting to apply the QuickSwitch update, it went into bootloop, to the part with the white dots circling around the red dot. Normally by this point, LiveBoot would appear, but it never does. I tried using Magisk Manager for Recovery Mode, disabling all mods and uninstalling the Google font (I messed with it a lot and had a suspicion). It didnt work. Wiped ART cache, and it didnt work either. What should I do now? I'm downloading the full ROM zip (9.0.9, 1.8GB) but I'm not sure what I should do with it. Dirty flash maybe? I'd like to not lose my data if possible, mainly due to pictures and videos I hadnt had the chance to back up to Google Photos Thanks [link] [comments]  | ||

I've had the 7 Pro for a couple months now and I can't help but notice almost all of the pictures I take the lighting is incredibly off. Especially indoors. A lot of my pictures end up coming out way to bright or way to dark. Additionally, a lot of times shooting video outside the phone tries to auto correct the lighting and ends up making the video come out looking really weird when the lighting in it changes all the time. It sucks when I can no longer just pull out my phone and take a picture cause most of the time the picture the phone takes will look awful. Today her back camera stopped working! When she goes on the app it's just black and if she presses anything then it closes the camera app. It also doesn't work on Snapchat, the front facing camera does though. | Posted: 03 Jan 2020 03:14 PM PST Hello One Plus fam, here's the sitch: I was in a car accident last week, car hydroplaned in a rain storm and was totalled in a ditch. My friends and I were all taken to the hospital, we're all alive but healing from various injuries. Anyways, as a result my phone was left outside in the rain and wasn't recovered until several days later. Miraculously it stayed connected and I was able to make it scream for my mom to find it where it had been thrown several meters from the car. Only a scratch on its case BUT the camera lenses had muddy condensation. Likely from the night of the accident as it hadn't rained since. No other water damage has been noted thank goodness. All audio and sensors work fine. Here's the thing. How do I get my rear lense cleaned? I don't want to do it myself even though I know that's the cheapest way, this phone is at least semi-waterproof and I'd rather not mess that up. Filing a claim with my phone insurance will force me into an unnecessary deductible. I've looked on the repair site and it says that the cost is $75 for a rear camera but I'm pretty sure I don't even need new hardware, just need it to be cleaned. Any idea on the labor for that? I also know that my credit card offers to cover some phone repairs so hopefully I can bill through them through I sporadically put my phone bill on there. Thanks in advance!
