[REQUEST] Any "mind blowing" puzzle games?

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 02:38 PM PST

A few years back, the Play Store recommended some games. These are:

    1. That Level Again
    2. There Is No game
    3. There You Go (+1: Data Wing)

I really really love these games, but nowadays all I get recommended to me are mindless cookie clicker or merger games, and I don't like those at all.

So my question is: Can you recommend me similar games to the ones above? I'm looking for games that require some thinking, maybe with a twist to the story or something.

(ps: If you don't know these games, I highly encourage you to check them out, they are awesome. Also, English is not my first language, so sorry for any mistakes in the post.)

Looking for a good casino slots game.

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 11:10 PM PST

I have tried a few of them, and they were all the same. You get a lot of money a the beginning, the start loosing, and then they make you spend money. Any one knows of a casino game that has multiple slots with mini games and it's not a money grabbers?

Are there any other games like Almost A Hero and Armor & Machine?

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 10:49 PM PST

I don't like the ones that require me to constantly tap the screen to attack. I prefer the ones with auto attacks or something different and that I can keep playing instead of having to idle and go back to after a while.

    Any suggestions?

Looking for a tycoon game without shitty leveling up system

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 06:34 AM PST

I am looking for a tycoon game, any kind of, paid or free with only one condition: no crazy leveling up systems.

As I was saying, I love tycoons but I hate that I can have a treadmill level 300 that makes me earn 16 billions every 10 seconds. It does not make any damn sense that a person would pay 16 billions to use a treadmill, and how is it funny to level up a treadmill for hundreds of times?

    Thanks :D

    Can't remember old mobile game

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 09:16 PM PST

Can anyone tell me the name of this old mobile game I used to play, I remember it was like a gacha game where you collected heros with classes like mage, ranger, and stuff. I also remember you had to swipe crystals with their class icon to do damage.

[DEV] Looking for beta testers for our new Archero-like zombie game - Zombero!

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 10:32 AM PST

    Hey everyone,

I'd like to invite anyone that's interested in participating in our first open beta (first 1,000 sign ups) of our new game.

Basically we are a small dev studio, and we loved Archero and thought we could make a better version of it.. with zombies of course, because, why not?

Please feel free to download it and post any feedback you have here, or you can message me directly.

    Beta signup link:
    https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.hypermania.zombero

    Please be aware:

    • It's still in early beta stages
    • There is no tutorial (yet)
    • Lots of bugs and weird stuff

So if you don't mind that, we'd love for you to try out our game and give us your feedback!
    Thanks!!

Please help me find a game that featured lateral thinking puzzles

I found it on the playstore in the recommendations but I can't no more. It had great visuals and was meant to be played by a group.

New to CCG, bit overwhelmed :)

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 12:25 PM PST

    Hey

Played and loved Meteorfall, and it's my first taste of any sort of card game.

So now I have a bit of a liking, I'm looking for my next game, something a bit more in depth (so not NotFM) but there seems to be loads of choice.

Where to start! I'd much prefer a pay upfront game as opposed to IAP.

    Any ideas?

Xbox One / Pixel 4 not able to connect via USB?

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 12:13 PM PST

Hey all. I've been trying to connect my Xbox One controller to my Pixel 4 via USB cable and haven't been able to get it to work. I've been able to connect over Bluetooth and play no problem, but wanted to try using a cable instead to see if my input delay is reduced. I'm playing FPS games so that would be ideal for me.

I'm using a Micro USB to USB A cable, and connecting it on the top of the controller. Then have a USB A to USB C adapter that came with the Pixel 4, and that's plugged into my phone. When I go to the Fortnite menu, with the controller powered on and cables connected, there is no response and the controller logo is just slow blinking as if it's trying to find a Bluetooth connection. I have BT turned off on the phone. Is there some way to switch the controller itself into USB mode or something? Any help would be appreciated.

edit: I went to Settings > Devices and see that under USB devices, my phone is "charging" the controller, and so the controller is issuing that command . When I try to switch it so the phone is controlling the device it can't make the switch, just tries and then gives up after a little while.

TL;DR I'm not able to get an Xbox One controller working via USB on my Pixel 4.

[DEV] Falling Miner, a difficult arcade game

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 02:27 AM PST

    Hi r/AndroidGaming,

The latest game I published is called Falling Miner, a pretty difficult arcade game where you will need to avoid crashing against floor, walls and fireballs in order to complete the level.

The game has been pretty much unnoticed (the ASO competition for the Miner word seems to be very high), so it would be fantastic if you guys could try it out! Hoping you can have some fun :D

    Google Play link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luviagames.fallingminer

Feedback and criticism is always welcome, I really appreciate it <3

    Happy gaming!

    [REQUEST] Platform (puzzle) games

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 03:48 AM PST

    Hello,

I just completed Leo's Fortune but it left me craving for more since it is a pretty short yet amazing game. Could you recommend me something that is similar to Limbo, Rayman Adventures, Leo's Fortune. I like aesthetically pleasing games, love a challenge but not something that is extremely hard. I love games that do some things different, the jump here grab coins and complete the level isn't that fun to me. Thank you for your time!

    [REQUEST] Mining town game

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 09:11 AM PST

[REQUEST] A couple months ago I came across a pixel art type game on the play store. You had a small town, that you could send miners off to collect oars and minerals, and I believe you could go into the caves yourself. Then you could grow your town to obtain more miners. I never downloaded it, but now I have an itch to play it and I can't find it anywhere.

Do you hate advertising in games?

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 07:49 AM PST

There is an opportunity to give valuable advice to developers!
Since for many, game development is their only income, how would you propose game monetization? For viewing 1 RV video (30 seconds) on average, a developer get 0.01 cents. What are your thoughts on this? How not to scare away users and survive the developer?

p.s. you can always turn off ads for a few dollars.

    1. Do not change anything, people are accustomed to free cheese.

      1. Make ad displays less often (halve?) Why they should do this?
      2. ???

This is for the most part casual games.

[REQUEST] Games to play while listening to music?

Doesn't necessarily have to involve music as a gameplay element, a grindable RPG, or a game of any genre that can be played without much concentration?

Question about OMW(Open Micro Wave) Morrowind

    Posted: 30 Jan 2020 05:49 AM PST

I have the Morrowind from GOG, and yesterday I tried to transfer it to my phone in order to use it with Open Micro Wave.

I let my phone sit there for around 1 hour, and when I came back the transfer was around 20%, it seems it is due to the huge amount of files, 20k+.

So, leaving my phone plugged on the PC for about 4 hours is a no go.

For the people that been using the OMW, how did you transfer? If I zip the folder and descompact on my phone would it be faster?
