It will only be available for about 2 minutes, three or four times a day. Make sure you have any accessories that you want already in the cart. I made that mistake earlier and somebody sniped it out from under me. Seriously, add the black one and practice going through the menu options of checking out. I have Stadia and wanted to try with my 7 Pro. But when I connect the controller it shows as connected and gives the correct info in the bt settings but it doesn't control the OS at all. I was a little confused but eventually was able to forget about it. Finally today I remembered that when DC dimming came into the OnePlus Lab I enabled it and was able to pretty much forget about it with no noticable change in screen quality. That was until the screen flicker became very noticable. I just think it's funny that DC dimming on the OP 6 does the exact opposite of what it's supposed to and AC actually causes less irritation for me. [link] [comments]  | ||

I currently have an iPhone Xs and I'm thinking about making the jump to Android, especially because of Android 10 and the customization that OnePlus allows. But since it comes from China, it has the Hydrogen OS rather than the Oxygen OS. It's such a simple feature that every third party launcher I've ever used supports, and many OEM launchers support. The search one OP launcher is fantastic, shelf is great, the smoothness is great, icon pack support is great. My only gripe is not having folders in the drawer. Why is this not already a feature? When the screens is at low brightness (say below 20%), the screen is completely non-responsive after unlocking the phone. You can tap anywhere on the screen and it doesn't work. Using OK Google to turn up brightness will make the phone work again. Super weird! Have this come up before? If there isn't a quick fix I would be tempted to return the phone ASAP just in case this is some kind of hardware issue. [link] [comments]  | ||

Posted: 25 Nov 2019 02:29 PM PST Hi, Just bought a Oneplus 7T from Amazon yesterday and got it today after my 4 years of trustworthy S7 Edge just killed itself and wouldn't respond to any kind of professional help. I needed a phone asap and the official site wasn't going to ship out until December 1st weekend. I bought what Amazon advertised as International version but what I got was 256GB Chinese version. I already figured this is not going to be covered under any warranty since I didn't buy through Oneplus itself. But what else should I be aware of? Anything I should remove to not have my phone tapped? Can I even be sure that I'll be safe? I saw a couple of posts here mention Flashing and I looked up to see what it does and how to do it. As I use Google Maps (and actually, it turns out as I use any app), the screen will spontaneously change to the screen to make phone calls.
