    Hello everyone

    So long story short I'm gonna get a new mid range phone and I'm torn between the Mi 9T and the Samsung A70

    After doing alot of comparisons I can tell that the mi 9T is better but the only thing concerning me is durability , I live in a region where Xiaomi aren't really popular so it's very rare to find someone who recommends them and one friend told me they might not be so durable and for me it's a big deal , I don't want to get a phone that'll lag and get problems after few months and I've never tried a Xiaomi phone so I want opinions from ppl who already uses the devices (specially the mi 9T as it's the one I might get)

    So my question is : are Xiaomi phones good over long periods of time ? Are they durable ? Should I get the mi 9T or deal with the lease specs of the A70 for consistency over time ?

    Hi everybody, I'm new here. I have a question and I hope someone could help me. I'm thinking to buy a new smartphone. I'm between Mi 9t pro and the Redmi note 8 pro, and I wanna know your opinions about which one is better, the pros and cons, which one has the best camera, best processor, best screen, better performance on multitask and which battery last longer. I was reading on internet the specifications and reviews of both but its hard for me to make a decision yet. I hope you can help me, thanks!

    Where/how to get Xiaomi Devices in Europe?

    I will be in Europe for the next week and a half, and I would like to know what is a good place to get Xiaomi Devices for a cheap price. Online stores or any place in Madrid, Spain or Cologne, Germany? In the case of online stores, those would need to have a fast delivery, as I'm on the clock. Thanks!

    I have used three Mi Phones during last three years. Mi Note 4, then Mi 6A and now Redmi Note 7. The front facing camera works fine with the built-in app but with Snapchat it turns absolutely crap. All blurred, zoomed in and out of focus. This issue has been consistent across devices. Is there any solution?

    I can't even write my email on it as it is now (I have MI 9T).

    Is there a setting I don't see, an app?

    If there's not, I'll have to edit a background. Any advice on what I could put there?

    Also, is there a way to automate the lockscreen background be changed if it's lost (to show an even cleared background with contact info) ?

    Questions about Second Space

    I have removed all google apps for my primary user and done some privacy modification.
    For work I need slack and gmail and I am wondering:

    • are second space apps active (working, e.g. sending data out) when i am using the primary user?
    • do apps get close when i switch back to the primary user
    • can i be sure, that the second space has NO access to the data of my primary user?

    Screen Repair (UK)

    I bought an Mi 9T earlier this week, it arrived yesterday, was super happy with it. Frustratingly, a tiny part of the glass screen broke, and now the whole display has turned black. I don't know whether I will be able to get a repair at a phone shop, since retailers don't work with Xiaomi, and the amoled screen replacements I find are quite pricey ($100+). I can't find anything on Amazon or Xiaomi website about returning an item for repair either.

    Really curious to try out Xiaomi 9T Pro. Been Samsung user for a long time and don't want to pay premium anymore. Where is the most reliable place to get the 9T Pro? Will it work with Tmobile in the US?

    Max 3: global/CN, .eu

    So every year I buy the new Mi Max but sadly this year there isn't one. Last year I bought the Max 3 from the Mi store in HK. It's the official global. I plan on buying another Max 3 this year because I've abused mine and it doesn't have many months left in it. I'd like to go xiaomi.eu this time. My current one has just stayed on the official ROM. I'm not up with the latest on flashing and bricking issues with CN and global versions. I can either buy another global from HK or I can buy a CN version that is "unlocked, global ROM" and about 15% cheaper. Which one is going to be easier to get xiaomi.eu onto?

    Hi all,

    I've recently got myself a note 7 pro and was wondering if there is a way to change the default vibration and/its strength. Coming from an iPhone I find it too in your face and long when getting WhatsApp messages etc.

    I've googled it but the options shown, I don't seem to have in my settings.

    eGlobal 2 year Xiaomi official local warranty?

    I see some of their Xiaomi phones they sell have this message, is this legit? are these the EU versions or how they get the local warranty? Has anyone got a phone from them and used the warranty with their local xiaomi store?

    Redmi note 5 pro wont charge

    Tried cleaning and changing to 10ish cables without luck. So is 12-13months the average lifespan of these 200$ phones? Or is this a odd one out?. If i would get 2y from a 200$ phone i would be fine with retiring it

    I only use it when i dont want to use my company phone and its my android gaming/podcast/sleeping rig so 200ish is what i feel the sweet spot is but if the lifespan is 1y then im guessing i need to go up a notch or two.

    Mi 9T Pro/K20 pro doesn't pop up notification

    So I have Xiaomi device Mi 9T Pro/Redmi K20 Pro and I do get notification in the notification tray but it just doesn't pop up on the top of the screen (WhatsApp does pop up) but instagram notification doesnt why is that?

    EMERGENCY-"App isn't installed on your device" NONE of my apps open, can't reformat-Mi 9

    I have a Mi 9 on stable 10.2.3.0 EEA. Suddenly today whenever I try to open an app it says "app isn't installed on your device". Literally nothing opens. Only settings opens. Not even the botton for google assistant works. I even tried to factory reset and after it asks me to input password, I do then and then it says settings crashed or something so I can't even reformat. I've restarted the phone a couple of times and nothing changes.

    Can anyone help me with this? I don't own a computer so I really need my phone to work. Use it for everything.

    Edit: To be clear, the phone is not letting me factory reset. After I click reset and prompts me for the password to start, I input the password then a pop-up appear that setting failed or crashed and nothing happens.

    Hi all I'll just get to the point My phone is mi 8 lite just got it Im looking forward to flash it with Pixel Experience Ive downloaded all the required files but Im stuck at unlocking bit.

    1. Can this be done without unlocking boot loader officially through xiaomi?

    Also, I type a lot but im having bit difficulty with google keyboard and xiaomi smiley keyboard or whatever it is called. Next question is :

    1. Why Can't I install Blackberry keyboard on my device with miui?

    Dont know much about the nitty gritty of android and thanks in advance
