Audio cuts out in Youtube

A weird one:

Often (more often than not) when I start playing something on Youtube the audio will cut out after a few seconds. Video goes on playing.

-If I refresh the page it will start again and won't cut out again.

-If I switch the playback device to the inactive Digital Audio and then back to the active AMD HighDefAudioDevice the audio comes back. Or if I mute/unmte the tab in the browser the audio will come back).

-Other audio works fine (such as Spotify) even while the Youtube audio is cut.

-This happens in Chrome. -In Firefox, similar behavior in that the audio cuts out for half a second, but then comes back. -In IE, I haven't been able to reproduce the problem.

-All up-to-date with updates/drivers. Problem has persisted for months now.

-Cleared Chrome cache/cookies, removed extensions, and recently removed and replaced video card drivers (including the audio).

-Problem does NOT occur when I switch over to the on-board Intel video/audio.

-Windows 10 Build 18362 -Core I5 7600k -RX480

How do I change my spellcheck back to English?

A few days ago, the spellcheck language on my computer was changed and now every word I type in English is marked as misspelled, and I don't know how to change it back. It is extremely irritating, as every single word has a red squiggly line underneath and it makes everything very hard to read. This happens in almost every place where I can write text, whether that be Gmail, Outlook, even while I'm typing this on Reddit, so it's definitely a system problem. I'd like to point out that the system language is set to English, the problem is in the spellcheck for some reason. Also, my computer runs on Windows 10. I'd appreaciate any help!

Issue opening software on my account

Im on windows 10 and I cant open Affinity designer (similar to photoshop) on my original account. After 2 hours of trying to fix this i went into my administrator account and the app opened straight away. I already tried running the app as admin on the other account but it just wont open. How can i make it open?

Decrypting sd card Samsung j5 pro

Hi everyone, I have a Samsung j5 pro, I recently crypted my SD card data (photos..) and I formatted the phone (hard reset) while the SD card was in it, after that I upgraded the system from oreo to pie, when I attempt to decrypt the SD card I get this error " can't decrypt sd card, try decrypt it with the device that you crypted it with". Are the data in SD card lost ? Is there a way to recover data from SD card?
