Oneplus 7 Pro frozen(ish) and will not turn off Posted: 25 Aug 2019 12:41 PM PDT Black screen, but will sometimes show status bar after pressing the power button (white on black). Can receive calls (not pick them up though) and notifications and can charge. Can change vibrate/silent/ring volume. Holding down the power button to turn off does nothing. Case interference with Face Unlock Posted: 25 Aug 2019 07:36 PM PDT Has anyone noticed or experienced longer unlock time when a case in on your OP7P? When I have my TPU case on, and the front can is up, I notice the case is slightly just under the lens (due to its thickness). When using face unlock, it takes slightly longer. Can we revisit how bad the curved screen is on the OnePlus 7 Pro? Posted: 25 Aug 2019 05:06 PM PDT I've owned this phone since day 1 and I love everything about it, except this horrible curved screen. When not using a case (the way I prefer), I'm constantly getting accidental touches or scrolling because of the sides of the screen. I often use my phone with one hand and it's very difficult to avoid accidental touches when doing so. You can avoid this by using a case but then it's difficult to use gesture navigation. (Swiping up for back). Makes it even more slippery. Bends the image at angles. It's ugly. (It does make the bezels seem smaller though.) It's just bad news all around. 3T screen unglued in upper right corner Posted: 25 Aug 2019 09:05 AM PDT My 3T screen is coming away from the body of the phone because the glue has worn out. The upper right corner of the screen extending down and left from the corner has come away from the body of the phone. I wanted to see if anyone had a repair solution able to be done at home. I read this forum thread, which had some suggestions of using gorilla glue and adding some weight on the phone to keep it in place over night. Beyond that it sounds like an expensive fix from OnePlus to send it in, or taking it to a local repair shop could be options. Just wanted to see what the subreddit had to say about potential repairs. I thought selecting that option would remove my Google Photos photos, but it didn't.
