OP6 - Yellowed out first image always Posted: 21 Aug 2019 11:03 AM PDT Every time I click a photo, the first one clicked always has a very strong warm/yellow tint. It disappears after I cancel that photo, but this happens everytime I open the camera app. As far as I know, this is an old problem of mine, and not with any new update. Any help would be appreciated. [link] [comments]
Posted: 21 Aug 2019 03:49 PM PDT Should those on the 5T beta program be switching to the mainstream line? The main seems to be updated monthly, while the beta hasn't been updated since June. Not out of the ordinary on an older model, just confirming this is the best action for 5T users. Beta - June security patch Main - August Thanks. [link] [comments]
Really happy with this photo from my OP7P (GCAM + Wide Angle via Root) Posted: 21 Aug 2019 05:39 AM PDT http://imgur.com/gallery/AuIhHJ2 The Wide Angle lens was one of the features of this phone that I was really excited about but was a bit disappointed when I found out I could only use it via the OnePlus camera app and not GCAM. However I finally managed to root my OP7P and enabled auxiliary camera switching on GCAM and was super happy I did so! I really recommend doing the same. [link] [comments]
Posted: 21 Aug 2019 02:52 PM PDT Greetings, So I'm planning on upgrading from a S4 Mini to a used 3T for 125€. Seemed like a no brainer at first until I took into consideration that it came out in 2016 so it might no longer be in tip top shape so I don't know if I'll be able to get some parts changed (if needed) also it's my first time buying a used phone from somebody. So what should I check/be aware of before closing the deal? [link] [comments]
Posted: 21 Aug 2019 03:31 PM PDT They need to work on navigation gestures. I have reverted back to the back button and the pill. I was having so many problems with switching through apps I was getting frustrated. Also one thing they need to update the navigation bar to hide it like with gestures. Just saying in my opinion. Latest Digital Wellbeing update adds focus mode Posted: 21 Aug 2019 07:31 AM PDT Latest version of Digital Wellbeing added focus mode on my OnePlus 6. You can update now via the playstore or grab the apk from APKMirror if it isn't there. [link] [comments]
Posted: 21 Aug 2019 03:23 PM PDT I just purchased my first OnePlus device, a OnePlus 7 Pro from Swappa and the service with ATT was working for about an hour before a reboot and it started reporting "No Service". Tried rebooting, swapping SIMs, cleaning SIM tray, etc. Nothing worked. Got on support with OnePlus and after explaining, they asked me to try to clear cache. Rebooted, cleared cache (Google this if you don't know how to), and the service actually came back up! I was honestly skeptical it would work but looks good now. Second, I asked the tech if I still have warranty since I purchased from Swappa. He said yes, please provide proof of purchase. I asked if I could provide him the Swappa receipt and he said yes. I showed him the Swappa receipt (just took a PDF print of the screen) and he told me I still have warranty! So buying from Swappa seems pretty safe! Hope this helps someone! [link] [comments]

Posted: 21 Aug 2019 11:26 AM PDT What's been peoples experience with Oneplus regarding their Warranty? After some thought I definitely do not want to part with the 7 Pro so I'm going to contact Oneplus about getting my battery replaced. Context: I'm getting as little as 2:45 mins of screen time with about a total of 25 hours of battery life. [link] [comments]

Spouse and I have OP6 and have to restart often to receive calls. Posted: 21 Aug 2019 08:28 AM PDT Service provider is Ting. Anyone else have a similar issue? Could it be the service provider and not the phone? [link] [comments]
Posted: 21 Aug 2019 01:46 PM PDT I've got this strange water drop like effect on the bottom of my screen. Phone is like 2 weeks old, and I haven't even so much as put it in my pocket (super picky about my screens). It shows up when I rub my finger across it, almost like the oleophobic layering didn't apply perfect. Image : http://imgur.com/gallery/9yHanvx Just curious if this is common or not. No functional issues [link] [comments]
(Op6) Gallery doesn't show all the photos Posted: 21 Aug 2019 03:39 PM PDT Since the latest update (don't know if the problem existed before, but i started noticing it since the update) the gallery app doesn't show all the photos i download/receive (per whatsapp etc.) but for example when i check the photos app from Google i see that photos are indeed in my phone, it just doesn't show up in my gallery. And today, strangely enough, I've seen that some photos, which i didn't even delete, were in recently deleted folder. Do you guys also experience this problem or am i missing something? And, if it's a common problem, is there a solution for it? Thanks in advance [link] [comments]
OP5 shows battery -40°C, is constant at 50% charged and doesn't show any milliamps charging. Posted: 21 Aug 2019 03:21 PM PDT Hi, so my OP5 shows the things in the title which result in a random shutdown with the message "phone battery is too low" but when I try to charge my phone while shut down it says phone temp too low. The only way too access Android is through Fastboot. And when booted it doesn't show any change in battery percentage. Is my battery just broken and I need to replace it or can I trash my phone? :( [link] [comments]
Will McLaren OnePlus 6t get the same android update as the 7's? Posted: 21 Aug 2019 02:04 PM PDT Since they only got released 5 months apart? Or since it's a 6t will it still get one year less of updates? [link] [comments]
Posted: 21 Aug 2019 07:12 AM PDT I just rooted my Op6T and I'm wondering what gcam version people are running, and if it's possible to replace the stock camera with the gcam one so double pressing the power button opens it by default even on the lock screen. Appreciate any help! [link] [comments]
Posted: 21 Aug 2019 06:13 AM PDT Hi /r/oneplus! After sending my Pixel 2XL to RMA for the 5th time I decided I finally have had enough and took the plunge. Got a great deal on the OnePlus 7 Pro and I was wondering what some of the best cases and accessories you guys have! Also, any tips from those of you that also went from the switch from Pixel to OnePlus? Thanks :) [link] [comments]
OP6 faulty charging port - Where do I stand in terms of warranty etc.? Posted: 21 Aug 2019 01:00 PM PDT Hi there, Just a couple of questions regarding OP6 and warranty etc. My charging port is appearing to become faulty over the past few months. It stopped fast charging firstly, then stopped holding the cable into the port. It is now at the point where I have to specifically angle my charging cable to make it charge, and that's without fast charging. I have replaced my plug and cable and still have the same issue. I have also tried cleaning the port using compressed air, and a very thin piece of plastic to see if there was anything lodged into the socket, which didn't appear to help. I have had my OP6 for about a year which I bought off of my friend who was replacing it. I've no idea what this means for the warranty and if I even have a warranty left on it? How should I go about getting this fixed? Official OnePlus, or a mobile repair store? Thanks [link] [comments]
Should I worry about breaking my new 7 pro? Posted: 21 Aug 2019 04:35 PM PDT I'm planning on getting a new 7 pro at the end of the month. I see a lot of stories here if people saying their back glass breaking or the case breaking around the slide. Should I invest in the protection plan they have or am I worrying too much about it? I plan on getting a ringke case for it and a glass screen protector although I see so many here telling their horror stories and then having to deal with oneplus support. I've never had anything but an iPhone (since the 4s) and have always bought protectors and cases for them and the worst that has happened is scratching the corner of the screen where the glass cover couldnt reach. I'm guessing this subreddit is the vocal 1% so i might just be getting skewed data too by just looking here [link] [comments]
Where can I try out a Oneplus 7 Pro in Person? (U.S.) Posted: 21 Aug 2019 08:52 AM PDT I've looked online, and I haven't been able to find an answer to this question, so I thought I'd post here. It looks like T-Mobile is the only carrier that officially supports it, would I be able to try it out in person there? (Also sorry if this question was already answered somewhere, I couldn't find it on the subreddit) [link] [comments]

Posted: 21 Aug 2019 08:49 AM PDT Has anyone ever experienced this before? I switched from iOS where I never had this issue. However ever since switching to Android/OP7Pro, I notice a lot of broken images in my emails in the Gmail app. If I exit out of the email and go back into it, the images seem to load. Is this just an Android problem? Something specific to me or a setting on my OP7Pro? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. [link] [comments]
Still haven't received 9.0.15 ota Posted: 21 Aug 2019 10:00 AM PDT My OnePlus 6t is still running on 9.0.13, I'm in North America, when I check system updates in settings it says I'm up to date. What is going on? How can I get the update? [link] [comments] |
