    My last phone was HTC 10. it died 1 month ago and now i am using a galaxy s2, which is really slow.

    I was looking to buy another flagship and i made a list for all the flagships available. i was debating between two phones S10+ and MI 9, best of the best and the budget.

    I decided to save my money and get the Mi 9 which is my first Xiaomi/Chinese phone. I bought it 2 weeks ago for a very good price 420$ for global 128gb version & Xiaomi mi band 3.

    now that i am checking news i see too many phones coming. One plus 7, K20, Mi mix 4 and i feel like the Mi 9 will be crushed between them.

    now i just received the Mi 9 and it's still sealed. i can't return it but i can sell it for profit and wait for all the devices to be released. i can also use the Mi 9 then sell it used or maybe i like it and won't sell it. what do you think?

    I'm want to replace my aging S6 and I'm looking at the note 7 and the F1 but I'm not sure which one to get.

    I've read that the F1 may have some issues like screen bleeding.

    With the note 7 in worried about durability, I tend to keep my phones for a couple of years and I want a phone that will last me.

    I've also considered the Mi 9se but I think the battery is too small.

    What would you recommend?

    Should I buy Mi9 8/128?

    So the time has come to an end for my MI5 and I was thinking to get a Mi9, 8gbram, 128rom.

    My biggest concern is how the battery would perform as it isn't massive (don't really know if the 3300 would be enough).

    Any opinions in the daily perform of this device? Do you need to charge it in the middle of the day?

    I consider myself a medium-high user. I usually use the phone to answer mails while on the train. Apart from that, won't be gaming or editing videos on ot.

    Hey, I recently bought a redmi note 7 which should at least support QC 3.0. It's only charging at 2.3 Amps however, according to the app AccuBattery Pro. I am using this wall adaptor

    And I have two branded decent cables advertised as 5 amp/ QC 3.0 compatible.

    Can someone explain to me what "widevine" is and how it affects Netflix playback?

    I know that some phones (read: cheaper Chinese phones) don't get properly certified for Netflix and won't play in HD.

    How do I tell which phones have this certification and which don't? Do any Xiaomi phones at all?

    (What I really want to know is "does the Mix 3?" Because that's the one I'm actually interested in.)

    Hallo, weiß jemand wie ich bei dem xiaomi mi 9 die fotos in fullscreen schießen kann? Hatte vorher ein samsung s8 und da konnte ich bei kameraeinstellungen einfach auf fullscreen stellen. Geht das jetzt auch irgendwo

    Unable to connect Wifi Extender 2 to network

    Any ideas about what problem I may have here...

    I'm trying to connect my wifi extender 2 during initial set up but I can not get it to connect to my home network. Have tried dozens of times in different rooms etc and have tried setting the app region to China but even that didn't work.

    Eventually made a guest network on my router and it connected perfectly first time. The security settings are identical to the main settings with the only difference being the SSID and password as far as I can tell. So I have tried giving it a new password and same thing, so changed the SSID and still wont connect.

    Any suggestions?

    Cell standby battery drain?

    Currently on redmi note 7.

    Overall happy, but the high cell standby battery drain is annoying me a lot. I often get a cell standby % of close to 50%, while screen is around 20% or lower.

    Done the factory reset, done the change to LTE /W... Something in network settings. Still having the same problem.

    What gives?

    Buying a refurbished $75 Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro at 2019 [Superb quality]

    I am buying a new refurbished redmi note 3 pro from an offline store tomorrow for casual phone call and personal shots. How usable it is today? I am fine with flashing ROMs too if required as bootloader is still unlockable . I don't like new 2018-19 phone trends

    I need:

    1. Camera to capture photos of library book pages
    2. Audio (Possibly Hi-Res DAC as RN3 Pro uses the DAC/AMP DSP combination built into the Snapdragon 650 SoC at hardware level coupled with Snapdragon Audio+ processing at software level)
    3. Removable bloatware (rootable ROM)
    4. Browse light and simple web pages like old reddit
    5. Visit GitHub/GitLab etc
    6. SD Card Slot + OTG for keyboard
    7. 3.5 mm Headphone jack (as I have headphones that use 3.5mm)
    8. Big battery that lasts for a day or two with data off
    9. ssh via terminal (Termux)
    10. VoLTE+WiFi

    I don't use WhatsApp or any IM, Social Media app, or generally Web based apps at all.

    Redmi Airdors disconnecting and turning off by itself

    I received my Redmi Airdots yesterday and I've been testing it since then, but I'm having trouble with it...I connect it to my cellphone, start listening to a music, but seconds later the left earphone start cutting the connection until it comes back and stabilize, but again seconds later, the left and the right earphones turn off by themselves. Does anybody has a suggestion on what should I do?

    Xiaomi Mi A2 takes seconds to start charging

    Hello everyone, I just bought myself a brand new Xiaomi Mi A2, up to date and i love it. During my usage i came to notice that when I plug in the charging cable it takes several seconds to start the charging, that goes fine afterward, has any of you experienced this phenomenon? I know it's not a major issue, just curious.
