Sold a hardbricked dead htc one m9 with personal data left in it, Help!! Posted: 12 Apr 2019 02:53 AM PDT Hi, i m really stressed out it all begin when i wanted to unlock thr bootloader of my HTC ONE M9, i used the wrong command in the ADB terminal and got my phone HARDBREAKED dead, not turning on anymore, no charging light, no access to the bootloader or the recovery mod, nothing, there was only a code of the hardware cpu in the device manager when plugged in, i tried everything to fix it nothing worked. well the problem is not here, i remember i left some pictures on the phone just before i hardbricked it. So the phone stayed in my draw for a hole year then decided to SELL it for the hardware pieces (back then forgot about the data left there) , Now i m hollyshit stressed out if the new owner succeed to fix the hardbrick of the phone and when the phone TURN ON all the pictures i left will be all there visible to him.... So my question is, if you recover a phone from a hardbrick not a brick, i precise its a HARDBRICK, will the phone turn on with all the previous data, or by fixing a hardbrick a phone your will need to wipe the data in the fix process and the phone turns on like new with startup settings with no previous data left. PS : I KNOW I know it was stupid selling my phone with such data left in it. [link] [comments]
Tips on improving u12 battery life? Posted: 12 Apr 2019 02:08 AM PDT Any apps to kill, features to activate, stuff like that. I bought the device after the big firmware update so idk how bad it was in the beginning, but still. Sometimes i just see the percentage go down especially when i plug my type c to 3.5 mm adapter (it has to "powers device" for it to work) Thanks in advance! [link] [comments]
Posted: 11 Apr 2019 04:02 PM PDT I had the HTC bolt, and now HTC is paying me an undisclosed amount of money because of them knowingly releasing a defective phone with measures to counter the defects. Get outplayed. [link] [comments] |
