Now, Dank was is a reddit app which is absolutely gorgeous in its animations and ui, and I loved every bit of it (or every bit of it that was finished at least) unfortunately due to various reasons outlined in the blog post the app is being sunset, however this doesn't mean it's the end for it. In fact it's far from it, u/saketme was kind enough to oss it, meaning the community can now contribute towards its development, hence I urge everyone to check out the app and maybe help out in its development, it's too good to just die out like this :) submitted by /u/Zack620 [link] [comments]

Looking for podcast app Posted: 02 Jan 2019 10:49 AM PST Can anyone recommend a podcast app. I've tried a few of the popular ones, but none hit the spot. Some of my requirements: Auto-queue new episodes. Whenever new episodes of my favorite casts are added I want them automatically queued and downloaded. Needs priorities, so some casts are added to top of queue and some lower down. Probably also limit to no more than one sequential episode of a cast. Needs to handle both casts where I'm just one or two episodes behind and those that have a backlog of hundreds. Ability to add casts from RSS. Built-in search is great but I want all my casts in one app, guaranteed. Ability to mark older episodes as listened easily. I'm hundreds of episode into some casts. I don't want to click through all of the one-by-one. Needed for auto-queue to function as desired. Pre-download x hours of listening when on wi-fi. I do long drives on occasion, I want to have guaranteed listening queued ad ready to go. Automatically delete listened episodes. No audio ads, visual ones in-app are fine. Absolutely no crashes. Netflix app suddenly doesn't support my device? Posted: 01 Jan 2019 10:33 PM PST I have a moto z2 play, xt1710, version 8.0.0. I've had Netflix on my phone for years. I just tried opening the app, but I get the error message that my device is not supported. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. I can't even find the app in the play store, so I have to Google the app to find it and reinstall it, but then it says that my device is not compatible with the version. Has something happened recently that caused this incompatibility?
