| Posted: 02 Aug 2018 11:04 AM PDT It feels so good to have this phone back in my hand. The Samsung galaxy s8 has slowed down so much, whereas my OP3 still works as fast as the day I bought it. The OP3 charges faster. It has an alert slider. It has a fingerprint reader in the right spot. It has numerous shortcuts which make navigation easier. The final straw was when I lost my wallet and noticed it missing after I had scanned my $180 worth of groceries at Walmart. I tried to download the Walmart app which would let me pay for my groceries without my card, but of course, some random bug refused to let me download the app off of play store on mobile data, with other users reporting that play store cache was corrupted, to reset all apps to default settings, etc. This sounds dumb, but my OP3 has never had a failure like that, and I decided I was better off just using the phone that was 10x better. I'm looking forward to buying the OP7 or 8 once the notch is gone. Thanks for reading, I just felt like I had to get this off my chest. [link] [comments]  |

I think this is pretty cool, it feels like the old mIRC, very cool feature to be honest, talking with one plus family in real time its a pretty cool feature. Can mods get a chat room already? Got a new one coming in the post, I'd like another flip case because it's handy for storing credit cards and whatnot but my old flip case definitely didn't offer enough protection. I like the look of Otterbox and other cases but none of them are flip. Can anyone recommend a flip case which also offers strong impact protection both front, edges and back? [link] [comments]  |

| Large mp3 file stops copying to Oneplus 6 halfway Posted: 02 Aug 2018 06:45 PM PDT I can't seem to transfer audio files of around 160 mb or more from my pc to my Oneplus 6. It starts copying it, but simply stops halfway during the transfer and nothing happens after that. I have no problem transferring small audio files to the phone. The bar that shows how much data is transferred doesn't always stop at the same point. In fact, it managed to actually transfer one of the mp3 files randomly after 20 or so tries. But having to try that much before I can get the file to my phone doesn't seem like the right way to go about things. Does any one have any idea what can cause this and how to solve it? Thanks. | Weird issue with reception on OnePlus 3 Posted: 02 Aug 2018 04:32 PM PDT Occasionally if I'm on WiFi too long and try to switch to mobile data the phone can't find any data. Upon aeroplane moding on and off, the phone can't find any reception whatsoever. The only solution is rebooting the phone but this issue seems to be happening every day for the last few weeks. | Using a North American OP3 in England Posted: 02 Aug 2018 12:35 PM PDT I will be traveling in England for about a week in September. I see that Vodafone and EE are the only UK Carriers that use Band 7(2600). Does anybody know how the band 7 coverage is with PAYG sims from these carriers and what you reccommend? I will be driving around for a few days and would like to use Google Maps/Android Auto for navigation. After that I am spending 4 days in London, but I'm not too concerned with the coverage there. I think the recent app drawer and exit an app are slightly too similar, and as someone who clears their apps often I hope they could change that to the right, and back is to the left.
