    Cracked my HTC U11

    Posted: 08 Aug 2018 05:04 AM PDT

Just cracked my screen on my HTC U11, I see the LCD's are selling for about £65 on sites such as eBay.

I contacted HTC and they said I had to send it in before I could even get a quote / estimate. Has anyone had there's done or how much would I cost me.

Edit: Forgot to add, the phone works fine.

    LTE on HTC U11

U11 users, do you get any LTE icon in the notification bar? Can you send me a screenshot if you do? I'm on the latest software update. I'm in a battle right now with my provider. They tell me my phone is getting LTE even though only the 4G icon is showing and the Speedtest app says 3G (probably because it's really 3G+ and not actual 4G)

HTC locked Uh-Oh replacement to T-mobile, says they can't unlock, T-mobile says they shouldn't have locked it

    Posted: 06 Aug 2018 10:10 AM PDT

So yeah, I got my HTC One M9 back after a year of waiting, and it is locked to T-mobile, who can't unlock it because I've never had an account with them. They tell me to talk to HTC, who tells me they can't do anything and I should talk to T-mobile.

Anyone had this mess and found a resolution? I'm about to drop by the local T-mobile store and make HTC and T-mobile go at it via conference call. This is infuriating.

The HTC U 12+ has incredibly weak glass. Dropped from under a foot with the case on and now there are chunks of glass missing. The cracks also get larger by just walking with the phone in your pocket.

I never had a problem with the 10 for 2 years and I never had a case on it.

I'm just surprised how weak the glass is now.
