| My Philips TV doesn't respond to the "smart TV" buttons. Posted: 04 Jul 2018 09:02 AM PDT I have a Philips TV and the remote shows three buttons on the top which are highlighted in blue. The buttons are "MY CHOICE"; "CLOCK"; and "SMART TV". Whenever I press these buttons the TV only flashes red (indicating that it is getting the signal, just not doing anything). This is also true for one more button, which is not blue, labelled "SMART INFO". I don't understand why this remote would come with the TV if the TV was not a Smart TV. Does anyone know what is going on here? Additionally, I looked the problem up elsewhere and the guide said that you could remote access the Smart TV by going to "MENU" then pressing the Smart TV option, however in the menu there are no Smart TV option. | Esc key, Fn Key and Num Lock key aren't working in my Acer (E5-573G-59C3)laptop. Posted: 04 Jul 2018 10:49 AM PDT Recently I installed a windows 10 update and about one day after I noticed my Fn key is not working. Then I found out that esc and num lock also isn't working. When using on screen keyboard and external keyboard these keys worked properly. I'm not sure that this problem is caused by a hardware problem or software problem.
