Posted: 14 Feb 2018 04:33 PM PST Hey, This is a question I am not sure if it exists or if i need to build a custom application for this. I have a mobile phone in another country holding a sim card for that country. The phone as to be there as the service provider does not have roaming outside the country. Is there a mechanism to remotely connect to the phone. I will have someone on the other end simply put the phone on and ensure it is connected to WIFI but then be able to connect to it remotely and carry out different tasks such as send test messages, execute ussd codes. Any pointers on any tools that exist or even open source ones? I am not sure AirDroid would as the coupling of the two (my browser) requires that I can scan the QR code yet I do not physically have the phone [link] [comments] | ||

Critique my first published app - musiQ Posted: 14 Feb 2018 12:00 AM PST https://github.com/DDihanov/musiQ Don't mind the empty tests folder at this point though. There is also a link to the google store in the description there. I appreciate any input! Thanks! At first I just wanted to use RxJava/Retrofit combo to try it out, but the project kinda grew on me exponentially, and since I am huge music nut, I decided to integrate scrobbling to last.fm as well. I also wanted to make an encyclopedia of sort, where users can search for music and bookmark/favorite artists and albums, instead of searching online through google, but rather having a cool looking app to do it(kinda like a good-looking book cover).
