Remote Access Phone Posted: 14 Feb 2018 04:33 PM PST Hey, This is a question I am not sure if it exists or if i need to build a custom application for this. I have a mobile phone in another country holding a sim card for that country. The phone as to be there as the service provider does not have roaming outside the country. Is there a mechanism to remotely connect to the phone. I will have someone on the other end simply put the phone on and ensure it is connected to WIFI but then be able to connect to it remotely and carry out different tasks such as send test messages, execute ussd codes. Any pointers on any tools that exist or even open source ones? How the fuck searching works? Posted: 14 Feb 2018 03:53 PM PST After hours of fucking around I still can't make the search work in my app. The maifest file The Activity that contains the ActionBar with search widget The ListActivity that does the search and supposed to return the value If I take out the onListItemClick from the QueryUserActivity, the activity starts, I get the search query string, I can fill the ListView but no matter hich item I click on, the result list never go away, and none of the SearchUserActivity methods gets called, the app basically gets stuck on the result list. There is also a link to the google store in the description there. I appreciate any input! Thanks! At first I just wanted to use RxJava/Retrofit combo to try it out, but the project kinda grew on me exponentially, and since I am huge music nut, I decided to integrate scrobbling to last.fm as well.
