| Windows 8.1 Disk Cleanup doesn't clean update files Posted: 25 Dec 2017 04:29 PM PST Hi everyone, I recently noticed that when I run the Clean up System Files I see about 5gb on the Windows Update Cleanup. When I click ok, it runs, and once it's done I restart. But when I check Clean up System Files again I still see the 5gb on Windows Update Cleanup so it doesn't seem like it deleted my updates files. Any ideas why? This is what I've tried so far:

| Can I get music catalogue software recommendations? Posted: 25 Dec 2017 04:06 PM PST This week I upgraded my PC to Windows 10 Pro, got some new hardware (GTX 1070, Samsung 512 GB SSD). Currently ripping my entire CD collection (about 200 CDs) to FLAC to my desktop. Now I could use good software that nicely catalogues my music. I am looking for something that allows me to easily sort by artist, genre, year, etc. Would be best if I could save my sortings. Looking to hear your recommendations. Thank you. [link] [comments]  |

| Posted: 25 Dec 2017 09:06 AM PST Hey Reddit, So I'm debating between a Windows laptop and a MacBook, and the only thing holding me back from getting the Windows is security. I once had a Windows laptop long time ago, and my God it was crazy. Constant viruses, very slow and clunky. Is windows security still horrible? I'm very security-minded and I'm a student, so this is super important for me Thanks for all your help! EDIT: Oh my, this got a lot of more responses than I predicted. | Huge delays when clicking on links in a client (Win 10 1709) Posted: 25 Dec 2017 08:54 AM PST Hello, For example, when I click on a link through steam, it doesn't open without any problems like it did on 1703 and all windows versions before, it just freezes the client and after more than a minute it finally opens. I understand the Xbox Elite controller does not supports Bluetooth connectivity so that is not an option, but does anyone know if the scuf will work via Bluetooth? Posted: 25 Dec 2017 08:48 AM PST I got a bigger hard drive for christmas, so i wanted too install my OS (windows 7) on it... i used my disks to install software for my drivers, i decided maybe stuff was out of date so tried to update my real tek driver, i updated from the website but real tek auido manager wont pop up? it's in the folder but it wont open or anything. when i used the disk the manager would pop up like normal [link] [comments]  |

| Laptop Keyboard Messed Up - How Would I Fix This? (Got Footage) Posted: 25 Dec 2017 07:39 AM PST I have an old HP laptop that seems to have a messed up keyboard. Whenever I type, the keyboard forces the text to go to the very front of the text box all the time. In fact, when using the built-in keyboard, I cannot type anything but when I plug in a USB keyboard, I can see this effect, as if the messed up command takes priority over everything else.
