| HELP, ASUS ROG STRIX SCAR G17 2022 Posted: 28 May 2022 06:46 PM PDT So recently acquired this machine and just having awful thermals on it how do I nearly get 90 Cpu temp within 5 minutes just while installing a game . Gpu stays decently low during that time . When Gaming just tested Vrising last night and gpu was 85 to 87 and Cpu 90 that's also within 5 minutes of running the game ... wtf ?? First gaming pc and pc in general but that doesn't seem right at all. I've done alot of research on YouTube and have seen much better Temps. Is undervolting my only way to fix this ? I also rather pay a bit more for something slightly better. Been looking at a ASUS ZenBook 14 BX425 - 14" | Ryzen 7 | 16GB | 1TB with the latest Ryzen CPU but not sure how good for gaming it is.
